00:00and being live all the time man it must be tough how do you how do you manage your relationship

00:07with social media making sure that doesn't have negative impact on your mental health how do you

00:12do that because everyone's watching you just they can say anything on the internet i mean i think

00:16over just over time like over the years i develop a really thick skin on the internet just you know

00:23just getting constantly hated on for unnecessary things it kind of just builds you get a lot of

00:29hate on it yeah so it's like it's just like a a boxer you know i'm saying if a boxer is

00:35is doing warm-ups where he's taking a lot of body shots from the coach or whatever when he get in

00:43the fight you know he gonna be able to eat the you know i'm saying it ain't nothing why do you think

00:47it's important to um continue having these conversations about mental health uh i mean

00:52mental health is extremely important you know i found my myself in dark times before you know

00:58dealing with like content creation music you know just wanting my wanting to see myself at the

01:05forefront of the industry and things like that but you know i never really let too much get to me

01:12but um you know i always give myself pep talks here and there when i ever feel down

01:19is there anybody you uh talk to when you when you feeling that way or when you get into those spaces

01:26because like you said when you're on social media people say things and you know they always say

01:31ignore it or whatever but at the end of the day you see the comments you see blogs and all that how do

01:37you how do you deal with that my mom like i call my mom about anything still there still still there for you

01:43yeah yeah yeah if i if i feel like some type of way i'm going through something just anything

01:49internet real life whatever i can call my mom you know she might not have the solution right then and

01:55there but you know sometimes you just need somebody to talk to and just hear that voice
