00:11Then they sit there and they're like, what's going on there?
00:12And the next thing is, hey, their feet's propped up.

00:16They're chilling.

00:21I was like, where do we find Cal in the new season?
00:26Where does his intro begin?
00:28Well, I think obviously in season four, we saw Maddie, you know, go to that job in New York, right?
00:34So that's a big thing, especially early on this season.
00:37And I think Kyle is just trying to navigate that, you know, mom not being there, being in an entire
00:42different, you know, state and being very far away.
00:45And once again, he's trying to navigate through that.
00:47And luckily enough, I think Kyle is kind of built for a moment like this now.
00:51I feel like season one through four, we've seen him try to figure out who he is and figure out
00:56that.
00:57That he's a lot like me in a sense, which is like, you want to, he wanted to help other
01:02people so badly that he wasn't working on himself, right?
01:05And to help other people, you got to make sure that you're able to, what is it?
01:08It's the glass overfilling, you know, analogy people say.
01:11Like, you know, once you fill your glass, you'll start overfilling with a love and that positivity.
01:16And then you can give it to other people, but you got to work on yourself first.
01:19And I think in the first four seasons of the show, we saw Kyle build that identity, build that foundation
01:24to be able to help other people and to kind of navigate through things in a more, not in a
01:30very impulse way.
01:31And I feel like he's been surrounded by a lot of that his whole life too with his dad and
01:34stuff.
01:35And so I think he's just trying to figure out his own route.
01:37And so I think in season five, to answer your question, with all that being said, I think he, he's
01:41weirdly comfortable in this, in this state and, and yeah, just trying to kind of navigate his mom, not being
01:47there and just trying to be the best family man he can be.
