00:37this evening with the prayer and pledge of allegiance I'd ask everyone who's able to please
00:42stand eternal God as we gather here in service to our city we recognize the weight of the
00:51responsibilities before us the challenges we face are many some familiar others unforeseen but all
00:58demand our best efforts our deepest care and our collective strength grant us the humility to listen
01:04well to curry the courage to speak truth and the wisdoms to seek common ground in times of
01:11disagreement may we choose dialogue over division and in times of difficulty may we lean on one
01:16another with mutual respect and shared purpose help us to remember that while we come from different
01:22backgrounds and hold different views we are united by our desire for our city to thrive let cooperation
01:29be our compass and the well-being of our community our destination may the work we begin tonight be
01:35guided by integrity shaped by compassion and strengthened by our commitment and service

02:04and uh we'll get right to it here um the minutes from the prior meeting are there any additions or corrections
02:14hearing no one no objections they'll stand approved as submitted we have no one on the agenda this
02:26evening however there will be time for anyone who in attendance who did not make the agenda to address
02:33the meeting under comments from the public which will be right after the legislation has been read through and passed or decided for it
02:44so going to communications um the entire letter from aep is here for anyone that would like to read that i believe we got i don't think the whole letter was in the package it was in the package just the front page maybe

06:10regional planning has not met

06:15we have a meeting on uh wednesday may 14th this wednesday at 6 in chambers
06:19group cemetery board anything uh yes we did have a meeting last tuesday
06:24i can't give you a chapel update because i was asked not to yet but it is good news when i do get the opportunity to tell you
06:31uh plus they are looking for uh seasonal health right at the moment too
06:36and tree commission

06:41actually i do have uh they did they've had to some several meetings kind of online
06:47uh they uh have taken out 20 trees this year
06:50and they got a they got uh two thousand dollars in grant from hardin county community foundation
06:56so
06:58and they've been very busy
