2TBSP Olive Oil
3 Clove of garlic
Fresh Basil Leaves
Boiled Mushrooms
Boiled Baby Corn
Bean Sprouts
Spring Onions
1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt To Taste
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
Add the Seasoning

00:00Hi guys, I'm back. Now I'm going to teach you how to make a high protein salad. Again that
00:11is very healthy and good for people who are dieting. We start with 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
00:16The oil has become hot and nice. We'll add in 3 cloves of garlic, crushed garlic. The garlic
00:38has to turn nice and brown in colour. We are using fresh basil leaves. And switch off the
00:59gas. 4-5 mushrooms boiled and chopped. 2-3 cubes of baby corn chopped and boiled.
01:082 tablespoons of bean sprouts. 2 tablespoons of spring onions. Add some cucumber to the
01:37salad. Half teaspoon of black pepper. Salt to taste. 1 tablespoon of honey instead of sugar
01:55because honey is healthier. 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Mix well. Add in the seasoning. Mix thoroughly
