Manor Solomon speaks on appreciation for Leeds United

00:00On lonely, Leeds United winger Manol Solomon has shown his appreciation for everyone involved

00:06with Leeds United this season, from the players to the staff to the supporters following what

00:11was his goal that secured Leeds their title on the final day.

00:17It's not me, it's the whole team.

00:20I think we just deserve it, we have worked so hard throughout the whole season and we

00:24just deserve it as you can see.

00:27He couldn't have been more dramatic than this, I'm so happy to score the goal and to get

00:34the first place, we deserve it and I want to congratulate everyone, each and every one

00:40of the players, the staff members, the employees of the club, the club owners, the fans, they

00:46deserve it and yeah, I'm super happy.

00:48To be honest, I can't remember what was happening and I can't put it into words what I'm feeling

00:54right now, I think I'll need a few days to take it in, to digest everything but right

01:00now I just want to celebrate, we'll have a few days of celebration with all the fans and

01:05yeah, we'll go for it.

01:08The feeling is just incredible and yeah, I'm proud of everyone.

01:13And Bradford City manager Graeme Alexander has reflected on what he described as an amazing

01:18season in charge of the Bantams which saw them win promotion back to League One.

01:23Honestly, I've just been a part of the team, part of the staff, part of this club.

01:29I've really felt it.

01:30I've really felt it for a long time.

01:32I felt the depths, you know what I mean?

01:34Because it's been some really tough moments last season, midway through this season but

01:40I knew when we got our players back fit that we had a really good squad and a really good

01:45team.

01:46But yeah, as you get to know and you get into the fabric of the club and what it means

01:51to everybody, it's more than, it's more than just a football, it's a football game.

01:56It's more than a medal around your neck.

01:59It's relationships, it's emotions that are going to be there forever.

02:02These players, these staff members are going to be a part of this team forever, 10 years,

02:0720 years, 30 years.

02:08People will talk about this because here at Valley Prairie, what the players have done has

02:12been ridiculous.

02:13It's been amazing.
