00:00How's the fat? What is wrong with her? It totally slipped through the cracks. I'm so sorry.
00:05Two steps away from me. I'm confused as hell. I'm giving you a visual. You're giving me mass
00:10confusion. Today we are at the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure event. We are selling shoes.
00:18Form a single file line, please. 30,000 women at once. It's insane. We've decided to launch
00:27a dress line. You are going to take the lead. Hell to the... No. I'm trying to give you fashion
00:33here. Some girls will wear that all day long. No. Period. No, you're trying to tell me about
00:37my customer. That I don't get. I don't get that.
00:57Good afternoon. Thank you for calling Just Fab. Yeah. Watch your handle time scene. There's
01:1316 calls in the queue. Just Fab is my kingdom.
01:19Oh, my gosh. Look. I have to show you something. We got an award for our denim from Star Magazine.
01:30Isn't that so good? That's a nice picture. Yes.
01:36I wear multiple hats here at Just Fab. One of them is working very closely with Kimora.
01:40And I love when I get a chance to give her good news. It's exciting. We won a denim award,
01:46and I was like, oh, my God. So. And you know what? That shows if we can do this in denim,
01:53we can do this in dresses. My dress line is going to be really huge for Just Fab. The big steps
01:59in turning Just Fab into a fashion mecca. So I'm going to tell that to Adam and Don so we can make
02:04dresses. Dresses. Okay. Have a good lunch.
02:10Good night, Kimora. Hey, Don. Hi. Do I get up and kiss you? That's okay.
02:18I'm about to have a meeting with Don and Adam, my two co-CEOs. Don is the money guy,
02:24and Adam is the tech genius. How's your baby? Babies are good. Do I need to pump some drinks
02:29into you? Like 15? I don't know. Sometimes I feel like you guys are so serious, focusing on the
02:34numbers, and you don't see the fun fashion. No, baby. I see the fun fashion. No! Lucy?
02:39Cheers. Cheers.
02:40So I've been getting a lot of tweets. A lot of the comments that the people are a little
02:45irritated about is what we're wearing, and how do they get the complete head-to-toe look.
02:50Like that little dress, they want those pieces. 80% of the customers said they were interested
02:56in seeing and purchasing other fashion, and I think dresses is the right thing to add.
03:01And that's what we want the brand to be, head-to-toe fashion.
03:03The question is? The question is time. You know, if it was up to her, we'd be selling,
03:07you know, hula hoops, bobbleheads, and Barbie dolls. I think she does have a Barbie doll, actually.
03:14So, I mean, it's, it's, the question is, is now the time? Can we get the product right,
03:19you know, the quality right, the styles right? I can work with the team and make sure that this
03:22is a, a focus. Fashion is all about taking risks. Hmm. Well, what do we say, Daddy Don?
03:30I mean, if you feel that passionate about it. Now is the time. Yes. At this point. I think
03:34it's something we should probably look at. Is that a yes? That's a yes. Yay!
03:39That was easy. Timing is everything. If we're going to launch dresses, we need to strike while
03:44the denim line is hot. Woo! And that means launching during the spring collections,
03:48which doesn't give Kimora a lot of time to put it together. Cheers. Cheers. Cheers. To dress it. To dress it.
04:02Hey, Leonka, I need the proof for the printout. I have a meeting with Adam and Don in, like, 10 minutes.
04:07Like, the retouched images? I didn't know that you needed them now.
04:13Leonka, this meeting has been in the books for, like, weeks. It totally slipped through the cracks. I'm so sorry.
04:17This should have been, like, your top priority. This is the biggest project we've worked on
04:21the last few weeks. I'm showing them to Adam and Don in five minutes. I'm just not happy about it.
04:25I'm sorry. Okay, well, I have to go meet with Adam and Don now, so
04:29let me know when you can have that printout. Okay, sorry.
04:35The wrath of Sandra is what you do not want.
04:38I hope that I get a little bit of grace because
04:41I do have a good, you know, history and a good track record, but
04:44we'll see.
04:50Sandra, what is wrong with her right now?
04:53I mean, like, what else is going on?
04:56I mean, I, well, I guess I'm saying that because I've seen some things.
04:59Like, when all the really beautiful models came in for our commercial casting.
05:03Right.
05:03Guys are taking off their clothes. They're jump kicking.
05:06We're looking for a nerd.
05:07Obviously, you were there when we showed up to shoot, and there just were no shoes for
05:13the model.
05:14I didn't realize that the model was going to be wearing the shoes.
05:18Like, she had not ordered shoes at all. It had not occurred to her to get them.
05:23The footprint ad, the retouch images weren't ready in time.
05:26Is she touched up already, or is she?
05:28Nothing's been touched on that.
05:30It's just the basics of her job just aren't covered right now. I don't understand because
05:34it's not like her.
05:37Lianca has always been an A-plus team player. She's everyone's go-to person. Now, she seems
05:44a little unfocused, a little depressed. So, I'm just concerned for her as well on a personal
05:51level, and I really just want to figure out what's going on with her and see if there's
05:55any way we can help her.
05:56Thanks, Allison.
06:04I want my hair smooth. Can you see all the phrase? Can you see all the phrase? I'm Johnny.
06:12My philosophy is, looking at your best makes you feel your best. I mean, sandwich is beauty,
06:16right? Right? You're really braining out today. You're, like, got brain food, got...
06:22Well, this is fake blonde. I mean...
06:23Oh, I think this is part of your brain. This is, like, all brain.
06:26I'm super smart, for real.
06:29We're both. We're the best PR team ever.
06:34Is there a bag? I can't find stuff.
06:39Hi, guys.
06:41Hi.
06:41What's happening over here?
06:43Just a little breakfast.
06:44The most important meal of the day.
06:46So, we are going to be participating in the Susan G. Komen for the Cure walk. It's really,
06:54like, a huge event down there. Like, they get, like, tens of thousands of people.
07:00Those are the biggest ones.
07:01Oh, yeah. And it's great, you know. It's such an important cause to Don. You know, he and
07:05his family, um, has, they've had, you know, people experience breast cancer. And, you know,
07:11as a company, it's a women's issue. And I think that it's just so great for us to, you know,
07:16get involved and do some things.
07:17Wait, guys can't get breast cancer?
07:19Yes, men can, too.
07:20Okay. It's a serious topic. If I need to rub my nipples in public, just spread that word.
07:26I'll do it.
07:27So, basically, this, the event, they have multiple races throughout the day, but they also have
07:32this, like, expo that's going on all the time. So, I think some people do the race and some
07:35people come and just, like, you know, participate with all the different vendors who are doing
07:39things in support of breast cancer awareness.
07:41JustFab does a lot of charitable initiatives throughout the year. And with an event like this,
07:45not only can we bring awareness to a charity, but we also get the added benefit of getting
07:50a little bit of exposure. So, we're going to sell our products, and all the proceeds are
07:54going to go directly to the Komen event. You know, for this, it's a little bit more challenging
07:58because we have to have so many items. I'm just trying to...
08:02I think we have, like, some kind of truck or something to bring it down in.
08:05Like, a food truck type thing where you pass it out.
08:08It feels so trendy right now.
08:09They wrap the trucks.
08:10Yeah.
08:11I could kind of picture it, but I kind of couldn't at the same time.
08:14I couldn't either, because I've only ever eaten, like, burritos out of something like
08:17that.
08:17I don't know.
08:18I want to design that sign. That sounds so amazing.
08:22Yeah, definitely.
08:23Oh, wow.
08:23I think that's a Johnny project if I ever heard one.
08:25Start thinking. Start writing some ideas down.
08:29Oh, my God. This particular project, it gives me a sense of purpose. It has a message,
08:34and it's something I agree with, and I'm really excited to work on it.
08:37Okay. Bye.
08:46Sandra is pulling me into a meeting. I don't know what's going on. I'm a little nervous.
08:54I want to have a kind of a one-on-one and private conversation, which is why I brought you over
09:01here. I really don't think anything has changed as far as her work ethic, so I have to believe
09:09that there's something else going on. A couple of things I've been hearing is that you're letting
09:15a lot of things fall through the cracks, so why is there, like, a dip in your performance?
09:20I mean, I think how I really feel is, like, when I first started producing, I loved it.
09:29Like, it was great, but I thought I was going to be more a part of the creative process,
09:34but after a couple months, I realized that I was just kind of like a coordinator, and I
09:38don't know if the producing role is right for me anymore.
09:41I completely understand that, but a way to earn more responsibility or continue to grow
09:46is by being a rock star and showing that you're ready to take the next step.
09:52I will give you an opportunity to take on a marketing project.
09:55We are working on a new fashion personality quiz, and you know how important the quiz is.
10:00The fashion personality quiz is really important to the JustFab brand.
10:04It's really our first interaction with our potential new members.
10:07It's about a 30-second quiz, so we really get those 30 seconds to get to know new members
10:13and pick amazing products.
10:16So we need to really put our best foot forward.
10:18We're actually having a meeting later this afternoon with Adam and Dawn about it.
10:22Okay.
10:22See this as an opportunity.
10:24I do.
10:26You're welcome.
10:26Now that I've gotten the green light on my dress line, it's time to bring in the reinforcements.
10:39Leslie!
10:40Where are you, honey?
10:43Hi, Cora.
10:44Hi, Leslie.
10:45Come on in.
10:46I'm the director of merchandise here at JustFab, and I am in charge of everything other than shoes.
10:53How are you?
10:53You look lovely today.
10:55I feel like you did a wonderful job with the jeans.
10:58Bravo.
10:59So, my latest task I would like us to take on, dresses.
11:05Oh, good.
11:06This is a brand new category for us, and I really think we can blow it out.
11:10And you are going to take the lead.
11:12No, I'm excited.
11:13She believes in me.
11:16I'm really excited because I've been wanting to do dresses, and I think it's perfect for the JustFab girl.
11:21This is a brand new category for us, and I really think we can blow it out.
11:24I want to give, I want to come out with about, like, 20 pieces to the collection.
11:31Having 20 to 30 items is going to be really hard.
11:34I think 10 to 12 is a little more reasonable.
11:38And I want to launch the line in spring.
11:40That is not enough time.
11:45Normally, if you were going to launch a new category, you'd want at least a year.
11:49Kimora wants her dresses in half that time.
11:51Can you do it?
11:55Coming up on House of Fat, I really want to prove to them that I still got it.
11:59It can take, like, five questions a day or something.
12:01Wait a second.
12:02I mean, it's boring me.
12:03We have to launch this in spring.
12:06Ms. Leslie, do not mess up this dress collection.
12:15So, my latest task I would like us to take on, dresses.
12:20And you are going to take the lead.
12:22I want to come out with about, like, 20 pieces to the collection.
12:24Kind of like a business look, a casual look, and a date look.
12:29And I want to launch the line in spring.
12:33You do it?
12:34Are you scared?
12:36It's a big task.
12:38I know you have a lot going on, but no one does it better than you.
12:40You juggle so much.
12:41You're like me in that way a lot.
12:43And so, clearly, I think we make a good little team here.
12:47Dresses.
12:48I mean, I'll make it work.
12:49So, you're going to create boards.
12:50And then I'll meet.
12:51We'll meet again next week.
12:53Yes.
12:53Okay.
12:53Ms. Leslie, hunty girl, do not mess up this dress collection.
13:02Hey, guys.
13:03How are you?
13:04Fantastic.
13:05All right.
13:05We're going to talk quiz.
13:07I've been given this great opportunity to revamp the fashion quiz.
13:11The fashion personality quiz helps us to give customers a personalized boutique experience.
13:16Identify what styles they like, what types of clothes and bags they like.
13:20Adam and I were talking a little bit of, you know, we have 10 million members now.
13:23That one's personalization is a way we can make it even better.
13:26How do we learn enough about the customer, but not make it too long?
13:30Leanka, what's going to make you say, hey, you know, I want to check that out?
13:33I really want to take this opportunity to show and prove to them that I still got it.
13:41I think, like, on a lot of the dating sites, they'll have, like, on the side, like, little
13:45questions that you can take, like, five questions a day or something.
13:48Every time they sign in, it's kind of a new question, and it just adds.
13:51Wait a second.
13:51I mean, it's boring me.
13:54Are we boring the customer?
13:58How can we make more sex appeal so that the customer feels that?
14:02You know what I mean?
14:03That's what we need.
14:03I think that's what's missing.
14:05I think more than just the quiz, the most important thing is going to be, like, the fashion persona,
14:09like, what they are, because that's what's going to make it go viral.
14:11You get a result that you love.
14:12You know, what's your fashion personality?
14:14Yeah.
14:14But the results have to be pretty accurate.
14:17Right.
14:18Creatives, think of the creative, and then I think Adam and I would like to see an end result.
14:23Guys, have a good one.
14:24Okay.
14:24All right.
14:25By giving Lianca the fashion personality quiz, I hope she sees it as an opportunity, and
14:31if she doesn't turn it around, I will have to replace her.
14:33I'll have no choice.
14:34I was just given a task to design a food truck for the breast cancer event.
14:44My family has been affected with cancer.
14:46Don's family's been affected with cancer, and that's why I want this to kick ass, not
14:50because I'm a diva designer, but because this event is really important to me.
14:57Thanks, guys, for joining the meeting.
14:59So.
15:00Okay.
15:01These are just concepts.
15:02I didn't really have time to put them together fully, but this is just, like, imagine a shoe
15:06closet wrapping around the whole truck.
15:11And, um, just place them around the truck.
15:14We have, like, an octagonal kind of closet, so it's not flat.
15:18I think that could be a little bit confusing.
15:21Okay.
15:27I was thinking maybe, like, a heels-on-wheels kind of truck.
15:30It is really cute, but people may think this is a mobile.
15:35We're a mobile service.
15:36Like, I need something to wear.
15:38You can bring us to parties.
15:40I don't know.
15:41Well, sure, sure.
15:42Just stop.
15:43He had to go back to the drawing board and, um, make some new designs.
15:47Right.
15:47So I felt bad, but it's not like he didn't have good designs.
15:51They were all good.
15:52He just had to go tweak.
15:54We sort of know what we like and what we don't like, so if you guys want to work on that.
15:59Yeah, we'll meet after this, and we'll come up with two or three options.
16:02Awesome.
16:08When you launch a new line, you usually get a year to prepare, and I literally have a couple
16:12of months.
16:13The only way I'm going to be able to get this done is to assemble a highly qualified team.
16:19The first person on my list is Natalie.
16:21She's a buyer that we recently hired.
16:23Russell.
16:25Next stop is Russell.
16:26He's our SVP of manufacturing, and he will be in charge of production and sourcing.
16:31Since Kimora wants this line for spring, I think we're going to have a lot of 24-hour
16:36days ahead.
16:36I have some good news.
16:40It's a little bit stressful, but I think it's a good opportunity for us.
16:43Sounds like more work to me.
16:45Generally is, so I'm smiling.
16:48And we want to launch a dress collection.
16:51I think that is awesome, and I'm excited about that.
16:54But the frightening thing, if you will, is that we have to launch this in spring.
17:04Coming up on House of Fat.
17:06Jessica Pastor is the celebrity stylist.
17:09Maybe she can help me.
17:10The next time you have a new client, maybe I can fit in.
17:13I can't do that.
17:16Oh, no.
17:17I don't want that.
17:18Oh, Miss Grove, what you will not do is mess up my dress collection.
17:21I have a really big mouth, and I will be heard.
17:29Kimora really wants us to work on this new dress line.
17:32I think that is awesome, and I'm excited about that.
17:35But we have to launch this in spring, which makes everything extremely time-sensitive.
17:42Literally one misstep can derail this entire process.
17:46Okay.
17:47I think what we're going to do is set a calendar so that we can all work to a schedule.
17:52And we've never done dresses before, so it's going to take a little bit of time, and I hope everybody understands that.
17:57You know how Adam and Don and Kimora are, though, so if we said we're launching in spring, we're launching in spring.
18:03We'll get it done, but there might be a little bit of pain along the way.
18:06Oh, I'm sure there will be.
18:07And we'll get to start.
18:08And not just the needles poking in as we fit the dresses.
18:10Let's make some dresses.
18:12Yes.
18:12Go team.
18:13Go team.
18:13I'll get right on it.
18:20Hey, Johnny.
18:21Hey.
18:22Because we're out of time crunch, let's edit together.
18:25Okay.
18:25I came up with new designs of the shoe truck for the breast cancer event, and I feel a lot of pressure because I want my design to kick ass.
18:33It's not just about me.
18:35It's for a good cause.
18:36It's like finding that balance between it being cheesy and just enough to get your attention.
18:43Let me grab Kim before she leaves just to get her thoughts.
18:45Okay.
18:48Actually, this thing looks really good.
18:50Oh, my God, that's kind of fun.
18:51Yeah, right?
18:52This definitely pops.
18:54The design really grabs your attention.
18:56It screams just fab, and you definitely get the sense that this is a shoe truck.
19:01So we're thrilled with the outcome.
19:03All the money's going to charity is such a, you know, it's a cool, fun, poppy thing.
19:07We want it to exude that.
19:09Daisy did a really great job.
19:11Another great challenge.
19:12A complex.
19:20That's very cute, Jess.
19:22I like the way you put that together.
19:23It's a little more dressier, but a little more fun.
19:26Jessica Pastore is our chief stylist for justfab.com, and she is the celebrity stylist.
19:33She's dressed everyone from Cate Blanchett, Emily Blunt.
19:38So when I think of this fashion personality quiz, I think of Jessica and how she can help me.
19:44Okay.
19:44I think she's done.
19:45I know that when she has a new client, she asks them a lot of questions.
19:49So I'm thinking maybe she lets me sit in.
19:53So I am redoing the fashion personality quiz.
19:57Mm-hmm.
19:57And we're doing it so that when the customer takes the quiz, they find out at the end what
20:02their actual fashion personality is.
20:04I'm assuming that when you meet with a new client, I ask them 20 million questions.
20:09Is what I want to know.
20:10So I was wondering if maybe the next time you have a new client, maybe all the questions
20:15and all that, you can totally be in there.
20:17Oh, my God.
20:18Yay.
20:18Yay.
20:19Good.
20:20I can't do the high five.
20:22Please don't ever high five me.
20:24I'm not going to high five.
20:25I don't high five people.
20:27I high five everybody.
20:27I do.
20:29I want to high five you.
20:30Thank you so much.
20:31All right, darling.
20:31Bye-bye.
20:38Today I'm coming to meet Jessica at her house.
20:41She's having a first-time client meeting with an up-and-coming actress and musician.
20:45Liz, nice to meet you.
20:47Body-wise, who do you look at, musician or actor?
20:52Who do you identify with?
20:53I love Sienna Miller.
20:54Okay, so Sienna Miller's good.
20:56I mean, she's a little bit more like bohemian, which I have those times.
21:02I also see very Gwen Stefani on you as well.
21:05I like that Gwen's like a risk taker, too.
21:08That's another question you could ask.
21:10In one word, how do you identify your style?
21:14Conservative, pretty, girly, feminine.
21:17You said it.
21:18You're a risk taker.
21:20The most useful information that I got today is every celebrity, they draw inspiration from
21:25somewhere, but the vibe is going to be the same.
21:28That vibe of what your fashion personality is, I'm not quite sure how I'm going to use
21:32the information, but I know it's going to be extremely useful for me.
21:36Do you think there's anyone else that I could go see that maybe could help me?
21:39I think that you should go to a colorologist.
21:43I've never heard of a colorologist, but I'll kind of do anything to gather more information
21:48to help me revamp this fashion course.
21:50Thank you so much.
21:51Bye, guys.
21:52Bye.
21:57We definitely need to narrow it down so that we're not requesting, like, 40 samples.
22:02I don't want to come to Kimora with the things that we don't feel strongly about.
22:06I want to make sure it's things that we love and that she's going to love.
22:10The last thing I want her to do is be like, Leslie, what were you thinking?
22:12For sure.
22:14Yeah, yeah.
22:15In our planning, we're going for three different categories.
22:18Work, weekend, and wow.
22:23So I'm really liking this dress.
22:25I think it's a really good bodycon dress with the longer sleeves.
22:28Totally.
22:28And I love the strategically placed cutouts to add a little sex appeal, a little skin.
22:34Yeah.
22:34I'm not sure how I feel about zebra.
22:36I mean, if I'm going to go animal, it's leopard or snake before you go zebra.
22:40Yeah.
22:40Let's not look at it anymore.
22:42I just can't do this.
22:44So not for the spring.
22:46Maybe if we're going to the opera in the winter, we can't.
22:51A lot of these fabrications are really not working for me, so get us some better fabrics,
22:55because, honestly, some of these I think she would scream and walk out of the room.
22:59Yeah.
23:03Oh, wow.
23:05Hey, are you guys with JustFab?
23:07Yes.
23:08Hi.
23:08You guys want to check out the trucks?
23:10Yeah.
23:10Yeah.
23:10Come on down.
23:12Oh, this is one of our trucks?
23:14Oh, cool.
23:15How long does it take to print and wrap a whole truck?
23:18If we get the artwork on time, two to three days.
23:20Okay.
23:21Sarah and Ash and I go check out the food trucks, and OMG, Limitless Potential.
23:26I'm not kidding you.
23:27Literally, I could sell shoes out of that truck all day long.
23:30Oh, my God.
23:31I think you have a food truck.
23:31Sorry.
23:32I'm getting kind of hungry.
23:33Do you guys have snacks?
23:34So I was thinking, this door, we can put...
23:37We can close it.
23:37Yeah, and then we're going to put stuff on there.
23:40Back is going to be, like, keels on each door, and it'll be, like, opening up to some fierceness.
23:45So how many boxes do you think would fit?
23:49I would say at least 120 boxes.
23:52Okay.
23:53How many products did you order?
23:54300.
23:56Products?
23:58Yeah.
23:59Can we see the inside of one?
24:01Absolutely.
24:03Ooh.
24:04Oh, my gosh.
24:05Ooh.
24:07We really can't wear high heels in here.
24:09That wouldn't work.
24:09Oh.
24:10We can't even play housewife.
24:11Oh, my God.
24:13Shut your face.
24:14I was thinking you guys can use the freezer as...
24:17Shoes.
24:17Shoes.
24:18Oh, my shoes.
24:18Oh, my God.
24:20No, no, no.
24:20That's not sanitary.
24:22Who drives it?
24:23We have a driver.
24:25He'll be driving it.
24:26You mean one of us can't drive it?
24:30Boo!
24:31Get on the wrong way.
24:32We got shoes and handbags.
24:39I've spoken with Jessica about fashion personality questions.
24:42Today, I am here to see Kate.
24:44She's a color therapist.
24:46I've never heard of a colorologist or a color therapist.
24:48So, I honestly had no idea what to expect.
24:53Now, this is our light table over here.
24:55Okay.
24:56We're going to have you laying on the light table.
24:58Put your head here.
25:00Okay.
25:01Okay, and you can close your eyes, and you're still actually going to see the lights.
25:05Okay.
25:07How does that feel?
25:09Wonderful.
25:10Very relaxing.
25:11You're always using color.
25:13Once we know what the meanings of the colors are, then it's easy to see why we're drawn
25:17to a certain color, because you are a mini rainbow.
25:20Like, say you're just drawn to greens and pinks, then you're opening your heart.
25:25When you wear a lot of black in your life, you're going inside and you're seeking, so
25:30you're being very introspective.
25:31So, basically, the color that people choose to wear definitely represents their personality,
25:37period.
25:38But it also is a representation of their fashion personality.
25:41Absolutely.
25:42The same, right?
25:42There's no separation.
25:43All of a sudden, I had this colorology epiphany, because all of a sudden, in the middle of
25:49everything, I just got it.
25:52Now, my knowledge of color, it's totally going to help me with the quiz.
25:56I feel like I have everything that I need to really knock the socks off of this presentation.
26:01We're all mini rainbows.
26:03Okay.
26:03I'm setting up to show Kimora the sketches so that we can move forward and get the first
26:18samples in.
26:19I'm a little nervous, because she hasn't seen these before.
26:23Hi, Leslie.
26:24How are you doing?
26:26So, we put together some of the dresses to show you today.
26:33First of all, I like some of the business chic, classic things, but I think they look
26:37kind of a little old lady.
26:38We wanted to do, like, a classic wrapped dress.
26:41This is just plain old ugly.
26:43You like that?
26:43This whole thing I love.
26:45Okay.
26:46Oh, but that's the problem.
26:47Were you really taking out these things?
26:49I don't agree.
26:50I don't agree.
26:51Look at this and this.
26:52They're very similar.
26:53Why wouldn't you take something more from here?
26:55This is different.
26:56This is different.
26:57This is different.
26:58And they're all hot.
26:59Why would you leave them out?
27:00I don't agree with that.
27:02I don't agree with that at all.
27:04I have a really big mouth.
27:06I have a lot of opinions, and I will be heard.
27:08My vision for the future of this company relies on my dress collection.
27:13Leslie cannot.
27:14Oh, Miss Girl, you will not.
27:15What you will not do is mess up my dress collection.
27:18This print is ugly.
27:19This is a little tricky for my, you know, some of my girls can't be having one arm out.
27:23One arm, yeah.
27:23I want to see these as actual dress samples as soon as possible.
27:26Period.
27:27End of discussion.
27:28Miss Thing, don't drop your candy in the sand.
27:34That's what you say when you're just done.
27:35You done dropped your candy in the sand.
27:37They know they can't get that back because you can't.
27:39Because you can't.
27:40You can't do that.
27:41Ronnie, were you practicing your sign spinning?
27:49Oh!
27:49We're setting up for the Susan G. Komen event tomorrow, and we are loading hundreds of items
27:54into the truck for the throngs of women we're anticipating to be there.
27:58Hi.
27:58I'll stand on my toes.
28:00If that's what you drove, like, I'm in.
28:02Yeah.
28:03OMG.
28:05That's so crazy.
28:07So cute.
28:08It looks so good.
28:09That's so good.
28:10You know how to look?
28:11You have, like, hoards of women taking after you.
28:14Just fab.
28:16Yay.
28:17I put so much of my heart and soul into that design, and this is the icing on the cake.
28:21Like, I just have to say that fabulosity exploded on this truck.
28:25I think what we need to do is go through each box and label what to end each one of them.
28:29The three of you go, bring them over all the other stuff.
28:37All right.
28:39As long as you can't see, I'm, like, skirt.
28:42Can you?
28:43That could be a little view for everybody.
28:48You guys are working way too hard.
28:53All right.
28:54Let's do this.
28:55Donnie, come and press us with your muscle.
28:58Sure.
29:00We're going to open everything.
29:01Label the bag.
29:03Those are the biggest problem.
29:07Last box.
29:08Yay.
29:09Ready to go?
29:10Yeah.
29:11Support the boobs.
29:13On the button.
29:18Ladies and gentlemen, we are open for business.
29:25Today we are here at the event, and we are going to be selling shoes.
29:30This is looking good.
29:32Well, every pair of shoes you buy is a donation to the charity.
29:34Shoes, heels.
29:36Ten dollars.
29:36I love that we did the wrap of the truck.
29:39I think what got the woman to flock.
29:40A couple of gifts, huh?
29:41Well, that and Johnny and Jessica's dancing.
29:43Pose.
29:44Pose.
29:45Pose.
29:45Pose.
29:46Purse.
29:46I need two of that and one of these.
29:50All right.
29:51Can I get an 11?
29:52Yes.
29:53And actually, she's going to get these.
29:56How are these black boots?
29:58Yeah.
29:58And a 10?
29:59And a black hole.
30:01Oh, we're out of there.
30:02We're going to limit it to three a person.
30:06We have everyone form a single file line, please.
30:09It's going to help this go a lot faster.
30:12We knew that it was going to be about 30,000 women walking, but we didn't know they were
30:18all going to come to the booth at once.
30:20It was insane.
30:24Coming up on House of Fat.
30:25Two steps that way.
30:27Go this way.
30:28I'm confused as hell.
30:29I'm giving you a visual.
30:30You're giving me mass confusion.
30:34I don't know what this is.
30:36There are some girls that will wear that all day long.
30:38No.
30:39Absolutely not.
30:40Period.
30:40I don't know who's sitting over here trying to tell me about my customer.
30:43I don't get it.
30:44I don't get that.
30:44Can we have everyone form a single file line, please?
30:55It's going to help this go a lot faster.
30:58I knew that women would go a little nuts for shoes, bags, and jewelry, but I don't think
31:02I expected quite the frenzy that occurred.
31:05Can I stay behind you?
31:06Okay.
31:07Can I take you for these?
31:08No, I have to stay out here.
31:09Sorry.
31:10We're really busy.
31:11I mean, I'm sweating my off.
31:13Some of those ladies, oh, my God, they annoyed the car.
31:17I'm just being honest.
31:18They were running.
31:19They're wet.
31:20I was like, don't be coming up in my station with smelly feet.
31:24If you guys want to shop?
31:25It was some...
31:27Any luck?
31:29Hey.
31:30What's going on here, guys?
31:31Oh, wow.
31:32What?
31:33Hey.
31:34I want to see if you're ready.
31:36Good change.
31:36Let's do it.
31:38Don challenged me to a race.
31:39I don't know what's the competition between us.
31:41He's always trying to get me to sports.
31:46Okay, are you...
31:48Wait, ready, set, go.
31:51Oh, my God.
31:51Oh, my God.
31:54Get it!
31:57Dang.
31:59Come on, Johnny.
32:01I took it easy on you, man.
32:02I have only slow spurts of power.
32:07I at least gave him a run for his money.
32:09He's jealous.
32:10He ain't got the supermodel legs.
32:13So...
32:13We completely sold out.
32:18We had lines the entire time.
32:19Everyone was talking about the JustFab truck.
32:21And we were also able to raise a lot of money for this cause.
32:26Hi, how are you?
32:27Thanks for having us.
32:28I've raised about $3,000.
32:31My wife, Ginger, and I, and my family,
32:33we wanted to actually double that to make it to six.
32:36Thank you so much.
32:38You're awesome.
32:39I don't think the event could have gone any better.
32:42Thanks again.
32:42Thank you for coming over.
32:44All right.
32:45All right.
32:45All right.
32:46All right.
32:46All right.
32:47Sorry.
32:47Hey, I got some more of the samples in for us to look at.
32:56Awesome.
32:56Today's the day that we are going to show Kimora our dress samples.
33:00What, what?
33:02I know Kimora's going to want to see them on a body,
33:04so I asked Sarah and Ashley if they'd come over and try some on for us.
33:06I'm really nervous.
33:07We're at a super tight deadline, and she's put a lot of faith in me.
33:11I don't want to fail her.
33:13Hi, guys.
33:14Hey.
33:14We need to show Kimora some of the samples,
33:18and I know she always likes to see it on a real body.
33:20The dresses still need a little bit of love,
33:22but we'll get them there.
33:24Hi, guys.
33:24Hi.
33:25Hi.
33:26Hi, Russell.
33:27How are you?
33:28Today is the day.
33:32They're not going to be exact,
33:34and they're not going to be,
33:35they're going to be tweaked slightly,
33:37so I'll have a look at...
33:38Okay.
33:39Our models have arrived.
33:40Oh, good.
33:42Come, come.
33:44I just feel very bootylicious.
33:48There's nothing wrong with that.
33:50There's nothing wrong.
33:50This is a sexy dress.
33:52This is kind of cute,
33:53but the fabrication is not quite right.
33:56There are some girls that will wear that all day long.
33:59No, absolutely not.
34:00Period.
34:01I don't know who's sitting over here trying to tell me about my customer.
34:04I don't get it.
34:04I don't get that.
34:06What else?
34:08Here, try.
34:08Y'all are killing me.
34:12Is this something real?
34:13The color is a little washed out.
34:15The print's kind of crazy.
34:17Russell, what are you doing to me?
34:18Besides trying to embarrass me and make me have a bad name.
34:21She's getting pretty like, what is this?
34:22I'm like, what is what?
34:23I don't know what it is.
34:25I don't know what you're saying.
34:27The good news is, she doesn't hate the styles.
34:30Hey.
34:31Yeah, I can't hate the fabrication.
34:36But she loathes what they're made of.
34:39This is like polyester, honey.
34:41We don't want to push polyester down the runway.
34:43If I'm going to turn this shoe and bag company into a fashion empire,
34:47the only way to do it is with quality s***.
34:50No.
34:50There's nothing I can do to this.
34:52This looks like the Compton swap meet.
34:54I don't know what this is.
34:57We're kind of all over the place,
34:58and we just need to streamline it a bit, probably.
35:00Tighten it up.
35:01Anything that we're not happy with,
35:03I know you wouldn't be happy with.
35:04So if it happens in a different season,
35:06just to make it right,
35:07I think that's what we need to do.
35:08No.
35:08I cannot not afford to have these dresses out by spring.
35:12I need them done right away
35:13with the linings in the right fabrication.
35:15I am looking for absolute perfection.
35:18And anything else, we'll just not cut it.
35:22We should have gone to the mall and picked up a few dresses.
35:30We should have gone to the mall and picked up a few dresses.
35:35Hi.
35:35Hey, you're here late.
35:37Yes.
35:38You working on the quiz?
35:39I am.
35:40How are you feeling about tomorrow's presentation?
35:43Do you want to give me a sneak preview?
35:44Um, yeah, I would totally love to.
35:48I appreciate that.
35:49The first thing I realized is once you take our current quiz,
35:53you kind of get dumped into one of several categories.
35:56And it's on a linear line.
35:58I want there to be five basic categories
36:00that we can expand upon.
36:02It's kind of on a grid.
36:03I actually went to see Jessica Pastor.
36:06So what kind of feedback did she give you?
36:07Well, the first thing I learned was everyone has a vibe.
36:11Every girl isn't just one thing.
36:13Like, maybe during the week they're conservative,
36:15but on Saturdays they're bohemian.
36:17You know what I mean?
36:18Yeah, that makes sense.
36:19And then Jessica suggested that I go to see a colorologist.
36:24What's a colorologist?
36:26A little wacky.
36:27But she knew so much about how color relates to fashion.
36:32That color equates to your personality and how you live
36:36and how you act and how you interact with people.
36:38Hey.
36:39So over here we have Jessica Pastor.
36:42Great, right-on-the-money information that she gave me.
36:45On this stand we have Kate, the color therapist.
36:48Off-the-wall information, but still very useful.
36:52Now I have to marry the two.
36:55I've kind of seen a little bit of the old Lianca,
36:58my rock star that I know is in there.
37:00Go in there and kick butt.
37:02I have to make this quiz fun.
37:04It has to be sexy.
37:05It has to be interactive.
37:06It has to be great.
37:09Don't stay too late.
37:16I'm about to go into the presentation for the fashion quiz
37:19and I am very nervous.
37:21This demonstration is going to be very interactive.
37:23So ladies, if you could step to the middle
37:26where the Just Fab booties are.
37:29The first question is,
37:30whose celebrity style do you most admire?
37:32Nicole Richie, Rihanna, Jessica Alba, or Megan Fox?
37:36If it's Nicole Richie, go this way.
37:40Two steps?
37:41Yes.
37:41If it is Jessica Alba, move towards me.
37:46Which of these trends were you first to invest in?
37:48If it's sky-high heels, move two steps away from me.
37:52Duh.
37:54Obviously.
37:54I've got to tell you, I'm confused as hell.
37:59I'm giving you a visual.
38:00You're giving me mass confusion.
38:05Coming up on House of Fat.
38:07We can't add dresses every time you come up here.
38:09Yes to hell, you can.
38:11When I'm not happy, you change it.
38:12I was not impressed at all.
38:24Which of these trends were you first to invest in?
38:27If it's sky-high heels, move two steps away from me.
38:31I'll be happy.
38:33I've got to tell you, I'm confused as hell.
38:36I'm giving you a visual.
38:37You're giving me mass confusion.
38:38This is the moment I'm presenting the fashion quiz to Don and Adam.
38:43The ladies are moving around, and Don is, like, massively confused.
38:47And I'm very nervous.
38:49My heart is racing.
38:50My hands are shaking.
38:53Let's get the results.
38:54Okay.
38:55Let me find them.
38:57I got really nervous for her.
38:59Adam and Don always have an opinion.
39:01I just was hoping that they would quiet down,
39:03just give her a second to get it together.
39:05So I know it seems like mass confusion,
39:07but there's a method to the madness.
39:10Okay.
39:11So, are you ready for the results?
39:13Sandra.
39:15She is va-va-vamp.
39:19Big hair and tall heels, i.e. Snooki.
39:24And I'm representing.
39:26In leopard print.
39:28Okay.
39:28Edgy is over here.
39:30Jessica.
39:30Have leather jacket, will travel.
39:32You are fearless.
39:33You have a leather jacket.
39:34Your closet will be daring and bold
39:37with lots of black, gray, suede, and metal hardware.
39:40And haven't met a stud you didn't like.
39:42Ooh.
39:43So, Allison, you are a fashionista.
39:45You love things that are edgy with the feminine twist.
39:48How is that not you?
39:49Yes.
39:50Sarah is boho chic.
39:52Yes.
39:53Mm-hmm.
39:54So, four out of four.
39:56What do you think?
39:57Perfect.
39:57Yes.
39:58I was not impressed at all.
40:01I was confused.
40:05When you first started, I was like, little cuckoo town for me.
40:08You know, it took a little bit to get there.
40:09But did you think we got these four girls spot on?
40:13Very good job.
40:14Very impressed.
40:15I think in the end, I proved myself to Adam, Don, Allison, and Sandra, and I think I get
40:23a big thumbs up.
40:24You're a great start, though.
40:25Thank you very much.
40:26Impressive.
40:26Rockstar is back.
40:28Oh, what?
40:31Boom!
40:43So, she wanted to amp up the sex appeal.
40:46I hope we have a better reaction than we did last time.
40:50How are you?
40:51Hi, Russell.
40:53Hi, Leslie.
40:55We're going to show you some of the final samples that we got.
40:57I know that the first round wasn't great.
41:01Yes.
41:02I know I've put a lot on you, but honestly, I really need you to give me the best of the
41:07best, the best fabrics, the best silhouettes.
41:11Oh!
41:12Hi, Sarah.
41:14Nice.
41:15This is a good one.
41:16This is sexy.
41:16You can dress it up or down with a blazer look.
41:20Uh-oh, here you go.
41:22I like the dress.
41:23You know what we should do?
41:25A straight, regular dress like this with no pep.
41:28It could be like a staple for us.
41:29Mm-hmm.
41:30I'm serious.
41:31We can't add dresses every time you come up here.
41:34Yes, we can.
41:35When I come, you add dresses.
41:37When I'm not happy, you change it.
41:38When I don't like the fabric, you throw it out.
41:40Yeah.
41:40Why does Russell keep saying what I can't have?
41:43He's difficult with me.
41:44Okay, Leslie, so far, you're batting 1,000.
41:47This looks great.
41:47Good.
41:48What else do you have?
41:49All right, I want to show you something that you hadn't seen before.
41:51Oh.
41:53This is, I love it.
41:55I think it's so great.
41:55Tie-dye, so on trend.
41:57This is great.
41:58I like this little number.
42:01I'm still fixing the gold stones.
42:03We'll be a little more bold up here.
42:05It's a little more rocker than some of our other pieces.
42:08I like this print.
42:09We talked about having something with a sheer sleeve.
42:11Oh, yeah, this is cute.
42:12Some people seem to like this print better.
42:16I don't.
42:17I like this one, though.
42:18I think it's like a proper floral.
42:19I'm so glad you like it.
42:20Oh, nice.
42:22Hey, saucy.
42:23This is a nice addition.
42:25I like it.
42:25We've had so many ups and downs with this dress line.
42:28It was such a relief.
42:29She loved them.
42:32I felt so excited.
42:34I wanted to do a little happy band.
42:35Everything looks much better.
42:37Thank you so much.
42:38You're welcome.
42:38Carry on.
42:39Bye.
42:40Bye.
42:42Great job, Russell.
42:43I know we've had some struggles.
42:45I think we did a good job as a team, actually.
42:47Yeah.
42:47Probably.
42:48Yeah.
42:49Ah.
