00:00I have to ask you, in terms of training for the mission, apart from experiencing things like

00:04the centrifuge, how did you prepare for this kind of special mission, both personally and professionally?

00:10As someone who's always been excited by space flight, the first thing I did was go to the FAA

00:16regulations on commercial space flight. There are actually guidelines that are best practices to

00:22prepare for space missions. And so I looked at the guidelines and I said, I want to do all of these

00:28things. And really the criteria boils down to, you must train in a manner that demonstrates that your

00:34body is prepared to go to space. And so I found the centrifuge.
