00:00I agree with what Gemma said about the Democrats, but I think the fact that they were kind of willing to fight on that issue, I think is honorable and it puts them on the right side of history and the fact that sort of Trump generally sort of dismisses it as a political football.
00:14I think fighting for health care is an honorable pursuit by the Democrats, but I think it's just generally across the board in terms of cost of living and it's interesting that in November consumer sentiment on Americans was down to a three-year low, so I think a lot of these kind of issues are the ones that are going to come into play, but we'll only see that manifest in the midterms in a couple of years' time.
00:42And like I said last week, I think this is just a ridiculous way of running a country in terms of having the budget become a political issue.
00:50Like if you see the British budget that's coming up soon, it's not like the Tories are going to be able to hold up the implementation of whatever awful budget Rachel Reeves implements on the British people, but that's another story.
01:04So I think that's ridiculous, but I think we're going to see this more and more pretty much every year during Trump's sort of premiership and presidency.
01:15So I think we'll just have to get used to shutdowns and the country will just have to come up with a way of coping during shutdowns, which will become a regular annual thing like Turkey on Thanksgiving.
