The Cleveland Browns traded up to draft Shedeur Sanders, after he shockingly fell to the fifth round

00:00We felt like he was a good solid prospect at the most important position.

00:04We felt like it got to a point where he was probably mispriced relative to the draft.

00:11Really the acquisition cost was pretty light and it's a guy that we think can outproduce his draft slot.

00:20I think obviously Shadur has kind of grown up in the spotlight,

00:25but our expectation is for him to come in here and work and compete.

00:29Nothing's been promised. Nothing will be given.

00:33So I may hesitate to characterize it as a blockbuster.

00:36That's not necessarily how we thought of the transaction, but we are excited to work with him.

00:42I think every player, when they come into the draft, knows what number they were picked or if they were unpicked.

00:47And you can use that as motivation.
