00:15When this band was in their height, when Pyromania came out,

00:18I was a huge fan of Def Leppard.

00:21They were great.

00:22I went to that tour.

00:24I went to that concert.

00:25It was awesome.

00:26It was one of my first real rock shows that I went to.

00:30And they were driven by a robust MTV presence.

00:33Oh, my God, yes.

00:35I don't remember what year that came out.

00:37It had to have been 84, 85, something like that.

00:40No, it was before that.

00:42Yeah, it was like 82, I think.

00:44Okay, hang on.

00:54That is January of 83, and no, it was not on that album.

01:33Like, you know, basically like jean jacket and jean, you know, cut off jean shorts.

01:38And he's blaring, pour some sugar on me, and he gets up onto the high dive.

01:47He had been working himself up for this for like an entire weekend, right?

01:52Oh, my God.

01:53Gandalf showed up.

01:55When you're done pouring your sugar, I want to see the greatest dive of all time.

02:00Anyway, what happened?

02:04All right, so what happens is he gets up on the high dive, you know, blaring music.

02:09You and me, babe.

02:11Hey, hey.

02:12He got up.

02:14What did he do?

02:15He counted the three.

02:17He got off at the end of the board.

02:19He did one flip, two flips, two and a half flips, and then landed flat on his back.

02:25He splattered all over the place.

02:28I swear to God, he got up spitting blood because he hit smacks so hard.

02:35What a great memory.
