00:07Sweet Potato Sensation, they've been on Lasha, Lasha and Grand River, man, for the last 37 years.
00:13If you are already familiar with Detroit, you might know about Sweet Potato Sensation.
00:17You know about these great pies, they got right, the selection of pies, Sweet Potato Pie,
00:21they got the lemon babies, boy, they got the pecan with Sweet Potato,
00:25they got the apple cobbler now going on. So Sweet Potato Sensation, they're steadily evolving, right?
00:31So they've gotten away from Sweet Potato Pies. Now you guys are doing something totally different.
00:34How long has this been on the menu? It's been on the menu for a little bit, but it's a sneaker
00:38because people be like, wait, a turkey chop sandwich? Oh my God.
00:41See, most people are used to having, you know, chops and bread, you know,
00:45but we put the mayo, the mustard, the lettuce, the tomato, the onion, and the side pickle on it, and the cheese.
00:52And it ain't dry about your sandwich. Oh, it ain't dry. Oh my God.
00:54Look, it's not dry. Man, look at that.
00:57You can see the bread, the croissants falling apart.
00:59Salmon croquette, spicy mayo. This ain't playing, y'all.

01:29And it really is super. You didn't already put the cornbread inside, y'all.

01:35You need to get the cornbread in the inside.

01:37You know how black people are. We have to have our black-eyed peas and our collard greens and all that is historic for us.
01:42All that is, uh, that's like full-time for us.
01:45With greens and black-eyed peas, there's tomatoes in there and onions and carrots.
01:49All that means something to us.
01:51And it's in the form of the soup.
01:52So you like the most of both worlds put together.
01:55That's bad for you.
01:56Smoked turkey adds a little something extra to it.
01:58But those that are vegan, they do not need a meat option.
