04:49so in mcdonald's in mcdonald's a fine national institution i believe everybody in america has
04:53been to at one time in their lives absolutely there's two kinds of breakfast eggs two kinds
04:57of eggs there's the folded egg and the round egg folded eggs and round eggs and whenever you order
05:02a sandwich you always want to say these words you know let's say one of my favorite things at
05:07mcdonald's is the mcgriddle right mcgriddle comes with folded egg right so you say i like one bacon
05:13egg and cheese mcgriddle sub round egg with round egg what a pain all right let me play the audio
05:22here this is allegedly a mcdonald's employee that shot a video that went viral regarding the different
05:29types of eggs at mcdonald's listen so today i'm going to show you the difference between our folded
05:35egg and our round egg they come pre-cooked they're not this yellow in real life i don't know why they're
05:41this yellow in my camera so the folded egg that you might get on a biscuit like if you get a sausage
05:46and egg biscuit that's a folded egg but an egg mcmuffin is a round one it's a round egg but he's saying
05:51i never noticed the folded egg is is pre-cooked the folded one is all yellow so it comes in hold on let me
05:59let me show you the difference between our folded egg and our round egg they come pre-cooked they're not
06:05this yellow in real life i don't know they come pre-cooked why they're this yellow in my camera
06:09all we do is we just throw them on the grill and we just arrange them neatly put a little water in
06:15there and then they come up we just scoop them into a tray and that's it for the folded egg all right
06:21so do they are they sent in already cooked and folded and they reconstitute them or they like it
06:27they add some water and just heat them up on the grill it comes in the back of the truck already
06:31produced i didn't think you get it in one minute wow all right hang on these are the round eggs so
06:36they're cooked fresh every day aka cracked fresh i did forget to butter the grill surface here so
06:42they're gonna stick a little bit and then we pop all the yolks pour some water in the top so that
06:47steams the yolks and the egg got a little bit of water there there we go uh we pull them out of
06:54the ring molds and scoop them up with the same egg tool and uh yeah so you have he's talking about
07:00the ring mold so he's got a round mold that the egg goes in that gives you the round egg
07:04on the griddle and then you scoop it up and you put that on the egg mcmuffin so that's the
07:09difference according to this mcdonald's employee on folded eggs and the round eggs which are real
07:16fresh cracked eggs so if i'm the fester school of fast food fester correct me if i'm wrong but i
07:20would go and i would ask for bacon egg cheese biscuit and i would say sub round egg yes because i would
07:26take the pre-processed folded egg out of it and then a fresh egg that was cooked that morning
07:32hopefully within into it yeah well it would be cooked within a it would be right then and there

10:27if you uh look at what they have they've got like a usually like a stainless steel container on ice
10:34a lot of times and it's got egg stuff in it and they use a ladle and they'll ladle it in
10:38but a lot of times they'll also have fresh eggs i always ask for the fresh cracked eggs oh you're
10:45so annoying and not for whatever that egg stuff is in the bucket that they're ladling in it's a
