00:06If you run with Kirby's back, then there'll be five.
00:09Luis Castillo against Jose Barrios.
00:11What a matchup later today in Toronto.
00:14And then Logan Gilbert, who's also been great for Seattle,
00:17he goes up against Easton Lucas.
00:19Lucas has been, I think if I'm, I may be wrong here,
00:22but I feel like it's been one good, one bad, one good, one bad for him.
00:26Right, and as you alluded to at the beginning of the show,
00:29not super sold on the Blue Jays, right?
00:32Not super sold, especially the bottom portion of our lineup,
00:35have some real holes in them.
00:36I'm not too convinced that they're going to be an offense
00:39that's going to be putting up a consistent amount of runs.
00:41I think we see other areas of the AL East, which we'll get into,
00:44that are far more dangerous compared to the Blue Jays.
00:47Point notwithstanding, I think this is all systems go on,
00:49basically all these pitchers outside of Easton.
00:52You know, what we've seen from Barrios at times can be a bit concerning
00:55where he doesn't pile up the strikeouts as we thought he was
00:57when he was with the Twins.
00:59And he can get hit hard sometimes.
01:00The home runs will be there.
01:02But ultimately, the Mariners lineup is one that doesn't really scare me too much.
01:06And what we get from the Mariners pitching is awesome all the time.
01:11Everyone's a go outside of Easton.

01:13Now let's get to this weekend's matchup.
01:16Really good offensive matchup, you would think, maybe.
01:19But it is Hunter Green weekend.
01:21So Hunter Green gets the Orioles on Saturday against Brandon Young.
01:25I believe this is his first career start.
01:27That's where the Orioles are at this season,
01:29just already thin with the pitching, which is kind of crazy.
01:31And then the same, I guess, could be said.
01:33Carson Spears starts for the Reds against Charlie Morton.
01:39So we're going to get a look at some young pitchers.
01:40We don't see that often.
01:41Yeah, these two matchups are all over the place.
01:45Like, as we said, Hunter Green has been awesome.
01:47Abbott had 11 strikeouts last night in six innings for the Reds.
01:51And the Orioles' offense has been really hit or miss this season.
01:55Like, we have super high expectations coming into the season for them.
01:59And you would think they'd be putting up four runs, three runs at a minimum every single game.
02:03But we're seeing some wider range of variance from them.
02:06So I think Hunter Green's in a great spot.
02:08Young making his first start.
02:10Obviously, that's a complete question mark at this point.
02:13The Reds' offense can be good.
02:14They can be shut down at times.
02:15I would stay away from there.
02:17Spires, another young pitcher.
02:19You know, take it what you will if you think that the Orioles are going to run into some bad variance.
02:22I think that's fine.
02:23Charlie Morton's a really tough one.
02:25He has looked pretty average to below average to start the year.
02:28And I just would not start him against the Reds.

02:31It is Washington at Colorado.
02:34I guess it's James Wood weekend in Denver.
02:38I would assume that there's going to be some bombs being hit.
02:40I mean, these are not great pitching matchups across the board.
02:43Brad Lord is starting for the Nationals.
02:46You heard about him in the offseason.
02:47Was thinking about not playing baseball.
02:49Doing some other stuff against Kyle Freeland.
02:51Jake Irvin against San Santella.
02:53And then they'll try to get two games in on Sunday.
02:56I mean, this is just a juicy matchup for Washington.
02:59I would expect some fireworks for them.
03:01Rockies, I don't think so.
03:02Yeah.
03:03So, it's a doubleheader tomorrow.

03:12So, he's awesome.
