00:21cap recap now basically the big stuff for the week i would say hands down the biggest response

00:28we got was the chore chart yeah oh man who's ever even heard of a chore chart everybody everybody

00:34except you i've never heard this a first summer now everybody was tripping on the fact that i guess

00:41i'm now putting chore chart stuff together for my kids and they like they just owe you that yeah

00:46which ain't really the way you're supposed to teach kids how to like work their way through

00:50their finances you're supposed to like teach them work for what you want you know what i'm saying

00:55so like they make their beds they brush their teeth they do like all that kind of stuff and

00:59then they get a certain amount of the day okay i think everybody has spoken that brushing your

01:04teeth is not a chore we're gonna take that off of the chore it depends on the child for my kid it's

01:09a chore before a 13 year old for orlando that's not a chore that's just supposed to be and then also

01:13the people have also spoken saying that ten dollars a day is way too much money

01:17oh look at you i'm i mean i'm i'm trying to teach them something i ain't trying to make them spend

01:24it they can save it like you know say it ain't like what's that 70 bucks a week so that's like

01:29280 bucks a month whoo balling well what happens when they get in high school because you start low

01:36and then as you get older you're supposed to give a larger amount for allowance yeah but the tasks get

01:40better like now you're in high school now you gotta go drop off your sister places now you gotta go

01:45pick up you know food daddy's medicine what was your allowance growing up how much ah man mine was

01:53like i want to say mine was like 150 a week oh okay wow yeah yeah mine was like mine was like 150 a

01:59week and uh yeah because i was ended up like 600 bucks a month man that's not bad mine was like it

02:05started off with five and then by the time i got older it was about 20 a week dobby what about you i never

02:10got an allowance on everything i love i had responsibilities and if i didn't do the

02:14responsibilities it was chancleta but yeah no i i was just expected to do it i never got paid for it

02:21i can flip it to five dollars i'm just trying to give them something to shoot for like say you do

02:25ten dollars a day and then they don't do some of their stuff i whittled it down so now you only

02:29made five so like the upside is 10 if you do everything right if you don't then it get whittled

02:35down i think that's dope okay so we disagree we think five dollars is pretty much good

02:39that's cheap that's 35 a week you do all the things on the list or you don't get any money

02:45that's just how it is what can you put this way my daughter goes to the mall i worked all week and

02:50did everything i was supposed to do and i got 35 to spend at the mall yeah you get one shirt no you

02:55got 70 to go to the mall and ball out for that weekend or whatever buy yourself a shirt buy yourself

03:00a smoothie whatever go see a socially distanced movie do whatever you gotta do right that's a better

03:05look i don't know man i think this is crazy i think this is almost as crazy as you going 35 miles

03:11an hour on the interstate because you didn't want to pass the cop that's wilding he was nervous you

03:18late for work first of all i don't pass police officers as a habit call it driving while black

03:26call it making sure that my paperwork is right whatever it is i don't drive i never passed a

03:33police officer because they was going too slow if he going slow i'm going slow we both we both gonna

03:37be late no no that's crazy i will never speed past a police officer if he's going you have to speed

03:43to get around but if he's going too slow if he's going under the speed limit and you're going the

03:48speed limit you are going to pass what if it's like a five mile per hour difference you're still

03:54gonna pass yeah i'm not doing that the last time i passed the cop because i was told the speed limit

03:59can be 70 and they can't give you a ticket up to 75 they give you like a five mile bumper have y'all

04:06heard that yeah grace period right but that little grace period of five i went past oh boy he was

04:10going 70 i went 72 to pass him and as soon as i got back hit me with the joint yeah i feel you on

04:18that and i pulled over i'm like what i do he's like you know how fast she was going and i'm like

04:22i thought 72 and he's i was like you're supposed to give us up to five he's like it's with discretion

04:28it's starting to rain oh and he's like when it's raining you gotta factor it down i'm like ain't nobody

04:33tell us all them rules and so he swoops with me over quick yeah i will never speed past them but

04:38if they're going under and you're not speeding i think it is your responsibility what how does that

04:45make any sense that that's your responsibility because you're slowing up traffic you're not i'm

04:49not trying to show off you're slowing up the flow of traffic he slowed up that morning it was at least

04:53nine cars that were stacked up and people were zooming past me like god you jerk and come around and see

05:00him and be like oh i get it yeah all right and they bagged back up like everybody over there was

05:04like just and he knew what he was doing right yeah he was like he was creeping real slow just to

05:09watch everybody get caked up behind him and as soon as he turned on the veterans we all did fast

05:14and furious over to howard franklin it was great it was like school bail that rung everybody was out

05:19so it was nuts um all right so no cap recap is gonna happen every at the end of every week

05:25and today was drake day yeah it's a friday he's dropped his new video he's dropped his new song

05:33called laugh now cry later little dirk's price just went up so he is not just a chicago rapper no

05:39more he just made some coin uh but this brings back to fat joe conversation because when we talked

05:43about it this week a lot of people had a response about that fat joe says that drake is the michael

05:49jackson of this time the michael jackson i don't know i completely disagree i i kind of have to go

05:56with fat joe on this one if not drake then who when drake drops music everything stops everybody's

06:04attention immediately gravitates towards this every hot girl on her social media is putting up the

06:10lyrics to the song i see the drake effect kind of similar to how mj was michael jackson ish but not

06:17the iconic michael jackson i mean he had number one hits for over 25 decades yeah 25 decades

06:25but i mean if you think about like michael jackson going from the jacksons to solo to like this iconic

06:41person who could basically just stand up at a at a at a bake sale and start dancing and entertain people

06:47that's more of a beyonce than a drake like she was with destiny's child her daddy beat her into

06:55popularity you know saying like there's some there's some semblance there and then she left

07:00became solo now she's iconic where she don't have to but she drops them and keep it moving

07:04that's more michael she's more michael than anybody i can see your argument but the whole wheelchair

07:11jimmy from degrassi like that's drake's story that's his come up from the jackson five if you

07:17will like that's his no he reinvented himself he saw there was an opening there for him because people

07:23really liked him and he took that opportunity and he's also successful and he's talented and it

07:27worked plus his daddy wasn't around whooping his ass like beyonce's daddy and of course joe jackson

07:33joe jackson is in the hall of fame i asked you if you're gonna be the next michael you gotta have

07:38some pain and i don't know if drake had that pain on the grass all right every week we'll chop it up
