00:10um greek yogurt is on the good for you breakfast food if you're trying to lose weight

00:14it's high protein low calories just make sure your brand doesn't have any added sugar and put

00:19in some fruits and possibly nuts if you want flavored yogurt doesn't have as much protein

00:25and it might taste better but it's only because there's a ton of sugar in there right

00:29uh protein smoothies on the list got to use the right ingredients though some people overdo it

00:35and end up turning something healthy into a calorie bomb and then the final one and crazy enough this

00:40has come up on our show in the past couple of weeks baked beans oh baked beans is one of the best

00:48breakfast foods you can have and as i said growing up in ireland that was a staple beans on toast beans

00:54on toast was a staple and they say that um it's good because it gives you the almost perfect mix

00:59of carbs and protein plus it's quick and easy you can have them on toast or just on their own
