00:13Well, we have highly skilled membership. They're taught, you know, extensively in training.
00:17Hands down, I mean, we turn out the best products in the industry.
00:21What do you think are the biggest benefits of being a member?
00:24Probably the benefit package, the pay, job stability.
00:29One of the biggest benefits is if you have a career.
00:32What is it about the training center that makes it so valuable?
00:35Training center is valuable because we actually have a training center where some of our competitors don't have anything at all.
00:44Our members go through a four to five year training.
00:46The teachers down there are very dedicated.
00:49Our competition, our non-union competitors do not have a training facility, and that's where we stand out.
00:55What do workers need to do to get into the union?
00:57Contact our union hall, and then from there they, you know, they take them to the training facility.
01:04We evaluate their skills. We evaluate their welding skills especially.
01:11And then when jobs become available, we put them to work with one of our contractors.
01:16Are there any other benefits that workers that are thinking about joining should know to help?
01:19They're stepping into a career.
01:22It's not just a job we offer.
01:24You know, we do have a training facility.
01:26We do have an apprenticeship program that's second to none.
01:29For all of us, we get into work with one other team.
01:30We give our five rooms.
01:31We do research, we do rate the31.
01:31For all of us, we need a well-being of other people that are consultation to help those chev��ies.
