UNGHERIA, COMMISSIONE UE: SE NECESSARIO INTERVERREMO Bruxelles, 15 apr. - "Siamo al corrente delle modifiche che l'Ungheria ha apportato alla Costituzione, per il momento abbiamo bisogno di tempo per analizzarle perché coprono diversi argomenti, con molta attenzione e dal punto di vista del diritto europeo. Quanto alle azioni, non esiteremo a intervenire se necessario". Così la portavoce della Commissione europea Eva Hrncirova, in merito all'approvazione da parte del Parlamento di Budapest dell'emendamento della Costituzione che vieta la libertà di associazione per i membri della comunità Lgbtq+. "Non sono in grado di darvi tempistiche" ha chiarito la portavoce, aggiungendo che "tuttavia avete a disposizione vari casi passati di violazioni riguardo la situazione della comunità Lgbtqia da parte dell'Ungheria. Continuiamo a monitorare da vicino il tema negli Stati membri, e quindi anche in Ungheria", ha concluso. (15.04.25)  #pupia
