00:03An investigation has been launched after two men died when a light aircraft crashed in

00:08Derbyshire.

00:09The incident happened at around 11.30am yesterday at the Darley Moor racetrack.

00:15Emergency services were caught at the scene and remained on site.

00:18A police spokesperson said, family members of the two men have been made aware and our

00:23thoughts are with them at this difficult time.

00:25A file is being prepared for the coroner and the Air Accidents Investigation Branch has

00:30launched an investigation into the cause of the incident.

00:36Plans for a new bar in Chesterfield have won the support of the Borough Council, which has

00:40granted change of use consent for the premises, fully occupied by a restaurant.

00:44The applicant, Nicola Claxton, proposes to alter the former Tai Pavilion restaurant on Gloomengate,

00:50which shut its doors a couple of years ago.

00:52The building formerly housed a much-loved Manhattan bar up until 1998.

00:57In granting change of use permission, the councillor said that a noise survey must be carried

01:01out before opening the new bar.
