00:00Meanwhile, the Palace welcomed the rising number of pork retailers complying with the

00:04Mandated Maximum Suggested Retail Price, or MSRP, calling it a positive development for

00:11consumers.

00:12Palace Press Officer Undersecretary Attorney Claire Castro said that the improved compliance

00:18is a result of the Department of Agriculture's ongoing dialogue with pork suppliers to ensure

00:24stable and affordable prices in the market.

00:27The Palace also noted that the efforts are underway to stabilize pork supply, including

00:33the continued vaccination of hogs, and the DA's announcement to overhaul the minimum

00:38access volume policy for pork imports.
