01:21should be on the same page with this is the goal anyway everybody's the goal should be

01:25the same for everybody right but the way to achieve the goal is going to be different

01:40what he said i don't necessarily agree with some of the stuff offensively that mike mccarthy

01:44wants to do but this is what we have to do because if i just spend time fighting it we're

01:48not gonna have success anyway because we're not gonna be executing things to the level
