Darren Woodson on his HOF chances, Brian Schottenheimer's coaching style

Should-be Hall of Famer Darren Woodson will find out his fate tonight as far as HOF induction goes, and he joined Shan, RJ, Bobby and Chiofalo to talk about his thoughts on another potential induction day. He also spoke on Brian Schottenheimer and his coaching style and how it'll compare to the coaches he played under.

00:18discussing the whole player leadership and how that goes.

00:21So Nate Newton had talked about this with us that Troy Aikman he said that he didn't

00:25become a pro bowler until he saw Troy Aikman work every day because he saw Troy work every

00:29day and he went I don't want to let that guy down that's what it's about for me now.

00:33When shot and I was talking about culture and culture and culture can that only really

00:36be established if there's player culture leadership absolutely going down going down it's got

00:41to go downhill right it's got to be your players have to buy in to the culture and I can tell

00:46you with Jimmy it was easy because you know Michael Irvin has spent a lot of time with

00:51him Troy was really tight with I was not looked Jimmy came in I always felt like Jimmy didn't

00:57like me because all he did was you know he called me in me every MF as a young player

01:05right because I'm just a baby every mistake I made was just you know he's putting his

01:09thumb on it so I didn't think he liked me but I did see the respect that he had for

01:14Troy you know Michael Irvin who to this day I don't know if anybody worked harder than

01:19Mike showed up every damn day and and you had a culture of guys who truly believe in

01:25one guy and Jimmy and how he was going to build this team and then they finally get

01:28there to the championship and so everyone fell in line including self but I just wanted

01:34to win championships that's all we talked about.
