00:41to go downhill right it's got to be your players have to buy in to the culture and I can tell
00:46you with Jimmy it was easy because you know Michael Irvin has spent a lot of time with
00:51him Troy was really tight with I was not looked Jimmy came in I always felt like Jimmy didn't
00:57like me because all he did was you know he called me in me every MF as a young player
01:05right because I'm just a baby every mistake I made was just you know he's putting his
01:09thumb on it so I didn't think he liked me but I did see the respect that he had for
01:14Troy you know Michael Irvin who to this day I don't know if anybody worked harder than
01:19Mike showed up every damn day and and you had a culture of guys who truly believe in
01:25one guy and Jimmy and how he was going to build this team and then they finally get
01:28there to the championship and so everyone fell in line including self but I just wanted
01:34to win championships that's all we talked about.
