00:31He said the suspect abandoned his vehicle and fled on foot after being blocked by the
00:36police patrol car.
00:43A search of the vehicle later uncovered tools used for cable theft.
00:48Police said the car was found to be registered under a car rental company and they are tracking
00:52down the suspect.
