00:29So the agreement is to turn what has been a concept into a reality that will diversify

00:35and strengthen our economy.

00:43We are creating a one-window approval process.

00:47We are tabling, we are committing to table legislation by the first of July for goods

00:51to travel across the country barrier-free, or free of barriers, of federal barriers.

00:57So we're combing through all federal legislation for those barriers.

01:01We intend, from a federal level, to have free trade by Canada Day.

01:08But I'm not going to rule out any federal participation in any possibility down the

01:13road.

01:14I mean, it's possible.
