00:00The Dallas Mavericks win inside the American Airlines Center for the first time in nearly
00:09two months, defeating the Detroit Pistons 123-117.
00:14Tim Hardaway Jr. was welcomed back to Dallas with a round of applause, but he would have
00:19to be helped off the court, with six minutes left to go in the second quarter after going
00:23down due to an injury.
00:24Five Mavs players scored in double digits, Spencer Dinwiddie leading the way with 31
00:29points, P.J. Washington with 27 in his second game back from injury, head coach Jason Kidd
00:34saying that it was P.J. Washington guarding Gade Cunningham that really made a difference
00:39in this one.
00:40I thought P.J. was really, really good.
00:42He had a spell there where he had a couple turnovers, but it made a big three.
00:47And just to understand onto the next play mentality, he makes a big corner three in
00:51the left corner, so just his maturity and then for him to be able to take the ball out
00:57at the end to get to the right guys, I thought it was a great pass.
01:01He threw the clay on the run.
01:03And so he's been great and we're going to need him to continue to keep playing at the
01:07level that he's playing at right now.
01:09The Dallas Mavericks next head to Brooklyn to take on the Nets.
