00:07field of 68, the North Carolina Tar Heels, DRS.

00:11Of those four teams, who surprised you the most getting into the big game?

00:15Look, I guess it would be North Carolina, but let's understand this.

00:18This is what gets me pretty upset during college football season overall, is we have television

00:22shows and we have matrixes that we use in bracketology, when the people in the committee

00:27just go, eh, I don't really know which one we're going to wait.

00:29We're going to pick our own game plan and then come out with it.

00:31Because let me tell you something, if there was no bracketology, there were no television

00:34shows and North Carolina made an impact, they had a tough schedule.

00:37You know what?

00:38They probably deserved it.

00:39But all we heard was how important quad one victories were all throughout the season.

00:43Only on the final day of the season, nobody cared about quad one victories.

00:47That's the issue I have.

00:48It's communication that puts it out there.

00:50Understand this, if you do have a television show, Ben, and you're coming out saying, well,

00:53we have quad one as our matrix, but I know the committee behind us, they don't really

00:57care about that.

00:58They're just going to say, well, we'll move off of that line because all you're led to

00:59believe is if you want to play your way into a tournament, it's not about just playing

01:03teams.

01:04You don't get North Carolina to say that is a moral victory at this point.

01:08And the fact that they lost twice to Duke and the second time to Duke in the regular

01:10season without their best player in foul trouble and he played the second half, they didn't

01:15play well.

01:16It's like, okay, they're probably done.

01:17But then we got bonus points for an easy win to start the ACC.

01:20Then you play Duke without their best player.

01:22And this wasn't a back and forth game.

01:24Duke up 20 plus points for the majority of that game, melted down, but still on their

01:27winning.

01:28And we're like, oh man, boy, North Carolina really gave it their best.

01:31That shows they should be in the tournament.

01:32I don't buy into that at all, Ben.
