00:00Mike, let me ask you about the bubble. You know, of course, if Duke North Carolina are

00:05going to go head-to-head, it's a huge game. But if you're North Carolina, you might need

00:11this one to crack through. Obviously, that's not an easy one to get. Is that how you view

00:19things right now for the Tar Heels, considering how big a win like this would be, but a loss

00:25potentially knock them outside of reach?

00:28Well, the way I look at it now, I finally had to put Xavier into my field. I like their

00:36team, but I don't like their resume. But I like it a little better than Carolina's because

00:43they've had slightly fewer opportunities against quad one opponents. But they put out about

00:49the same number of victories. I think they each have one quad one win. So I don't want

00:53to put somebody in the tournament that has one quad one win. But after Boise State lost

00:58at home on Friday night to Colorado State, I didn't really have a choice. You look at

01:04the resumes for Nebraska and Texas, and they just aren't good enough at this point. Now,

01:08each of them still has opportunities to climb back. Texas against Oklahoma today is a huge

01:15game for them. But I ultimately had to put Xavier in with one quad one win. So if Carolina

01:23were to go ahead and win today against Duke, they would immediately supplant Xavier. That

01:28wouldn't mean they were safely in the field, but they would mean that they were in a field

01:32position with an opportunity to go to the conference tournament and add to their resumes,

01:39add to their accomplishments and perhaps climb up to where they're not vulnerable to say

01:44someone like Drake if they were to fall in the Valley Tournament final or VCU if they

01:51were to fall in the Atlantic 10 tournament final and have their bid basically stolen.
