T&T Red Force hammered Barbados in two days by an innings and 56 runs in their latest Regional Four-Day match at the Kensington Oval.

Resuming on 182 for 4, T&T were dismissed for 263, with 56 from Amir Jangoo while Jason Holder took five wickets.

That gave Joshua Da Silva's men a lead of 177.

Batting a second time, the Bajans were skittled out for 121, with Joshua James taking three scalps.

01:03Roston Chase and Shea Hope put on a small partnership of 59 runs for the fifth wicket.
01:12But it was TNT's day, as Chase was run out for 41, and Red Force were large and in charge.

01:39And Carey Pierre took the last one to end with 2, as Barbados capitulated for 121.
