Parità, Fava (INPS): “Nidi condominiali strumento efficace e pragmatico”

(Adnkronos) - “È un piacere oggi occuparsi di una tematica molto attuale come la parità di genere. È fondamentale affrontare questo tema con efficacia e pragmatici. Stiamo valutando vari strumenti come i nidi condominiali, forme di assistenza pratica che servono subito alla famiglia e al datore di lavoro.” Ha dichiarato il Presidente dell’INPS Gabriele Fava a margine del convegno “Diversità, pari opportunità e lavoro: diritti e nuove sfide” tenutosi alla sede INPS di Palazzo Wedekind a Roma.
