00:04mentally and just how they carry themselves as far as their posture? That's something

00:09that I noticed.

00:10Yes. Look, what I've noticed is everyone needs to smile more out there, Smiley. It's glaringly

00:15obvious and I was a victim of it myself, but we need to show more of our teeth out there.

00:23It's not that bad. Body language is, is oof. It might be at an all time low right now.

00:29We need, uh, we need some, some shoulders up high. You know, Jake naps body language

00:35last week after 11. I mean, I get it, but it was, it looks pretty tough. Yeah.

00:40Yeah. It just kind of just shoulders kind of got a little low on them, didn't it?

00:44I'll tell you what else I noticed. I've noticed doing this, the player, the player caddy combo

00:53has, I feel like it's gotten a little too much. Like it's gotten too complicated. You

00:58think like too much information?

01:01Sometimes it's just a stock seven from the middle of the fairway. Like we're not trying

01:05to solve a crime out here. Like we've been doing this, I've been doing this my whole

01:09life. So this is 174 yards of an iron. I got it. Like we don't need a checklist of things.

01:17Some, but I guess it's how these guys are now. You know, there's not, there's, there's

01:21not an end point to man. There's just all these steps that these guys kind of like,

01:25they're just, they're, we're turning players into robots kind of, right?

01:30Yes. Everyone has a track man and basically everyone does aim point. What do you think

01:34on any point? Are you out on that?

01:36I just, I don't like the, just the mannerisms that guys have with it as far as just getting

01:42that close to the hole. Like I, it, we used to mean something to respect people's lines

01:48and their through lines. Like we were always making sure we weren't finishing out. Now

01:51guys just walk up there right up next to the hole. And I know they're not getting in anybody's

01:56way technically, but it just creates a lot of, a lot of friction and traction around

02:02the hole.

02:03Yeah. I just don't like the way it looks to be honest. I mean, we're already a fringe

02:08sport. This doesn't really do us any favors.

02:12Me too. Me too. But I also think that it's important every now and then to be able to

02:18throw your club and you, you were probably the best at just one good solid one, like

02:23every other month. Where was your, where was your favorite club throw that you ever had?

02:29Nobody's ever asked me that. And you're spot on with that. I didn't do it a lot, but if

02:32I did, I would, I was going to get my money's worth. Yes. Cause the fines are all the same.

02:37If I'm going to get fine for just uncle Rico and one at my bag, you know, 12 yards away,

02:43I might as well throw it seven, try and throw it 70 yards. You know, are we thinking like

02:47Rory McIlroy, like the lake type of thing? Oh, I had my best. I have all of mine beat

02:55that one. All of them. Okay. All right. How far did it go? And where was it? Uh, I've

03:03had a couple of really good ones. One year at Torrey, I was chopping and I was playing

03:10with Keegan and he hit it on 14. I hit a terrible tee shot, just totally bailed out to the right.

03:17And he's in the fairway and I'm up next. And, uh, I just chopped one out short of the green.

03:24I don't even know where it went. Didn't matter. I was fuming at this point. And immediately

03:29after I've hit, this is from the right rough. I just helicoptered one over his head into

03:34the Canyon. Like if not even, I mean, this thing was 50 yards into the Canyon too. He,

03:41he, he, he giggled and Scotty Vale. I mean, it was hilarious. Uh, and then I, that was

03:47it for the right, for the right rough. Oh, into the dude. That is such a far throw. That's

03:54a long ways. I mean, it's a, that's a good 60 yards, right? Yeah. Yeah. And then there's

04:01some, you know, you know how you get like, you ever just out in public public and you

04:06like see us a view of something and you're like, Oh, this would be a cool golf shot or

04:11something like that. Uh, I had that happen to me one time with Mark Russell. Okay. So

04:1917 at the old Reno. Do you remember that tee shot? Yes. Nightmare tee shot for you

04:27and I, by the way, but yes, off the tee, like a hundred percent thin air, a hundred foot

04:32elevation drop, like a thimble of a fairway crosswind. The good thing is, is it was stable

04:38for it. So you could only make double at least, you know what I'm saying? So I had this nasty

04:46tug and I don't know if it's hazard or what it is down there. And so we go down there,

04:51we don't find it. And Mark's got to drive me back up the Hill. Like I'm already done

04:54for the day. And we're talking like Mark's a buddy of mine. And we're talking about the

04:58Orlando magic. Actually, he lives in Orlando and he's buddies with like my childhood idol,

05:03Scott Skiles. So we're talking about Scott Skiles coming up the Hill. I got this climbing

05:08this mountain and the group behind us is already on the tee. Oh, even awkward. You just, yeah,

05:15not, not if you're used to it, it's not that bad. Hey guys, good to see you again. The next one,

05:20the next one, exactly. The next one just goes a mile to the right. And I get back in the cart

05:25and we get to like the spot where we're getting ready to like go back down the Hill and the

05:32elevation drop. I was like, Mark was like, just stop the cart real quick. And he stops it. And

05:37I get out and just launch this thing like a hundred yards down the Hill. I mean, this thing went

05:43forever. He just giggled. He, it was, it was so good because they Matthew, what am I going to do

05:49with you?
