We have actually received a request from the car owners and we have actually intervened
00:28
and we have tried to resolve the matter. In fact, a meeting was held at the Ministry
00:32
of Transport yesterday between our ministry officials together with the ship owners, with
00:37
the insurance companies, with the legal firm and all stakeholders involved. So we are trying
00:42
to find a solution. Our most important priority right now is to gain a solution from the ship
00:54
owner to release the cargo, to release the cars. Because what they are asking for from
01:00
the car owners, of course, is quite a big burden to the car owners. So we are trying
01:05
to negotiate for a more reasonable sum to be paid by the cargo owners to release the
01:12
cars. So our immediate priority right now is to get the cars released. The cars are,
01:18
most of the cars are still in good condition and they are right now in Port Klein. So we
01:22
need the clearance first before we can release, so to avoid any future legal matters. But let's
01:30
assure, and I have given the commitment to the cargo owners, we will try our level best,
01:34
even though this is actually between the ship owner and the cargo owner. But since this is
01:44
right now strained in the port, so the Ministry of Transport are willingly trying to help to
01:50
resolve the matter. But I want to stress that we are just a mediator role. But we
01:55
are trying to help to mediate the matter and to solve the problem of the cargo owners.
