00:05Derbyshire quarry, despite council support for the site's development potentially finding itself

00:10in limbo. The scheme, submitted by Stancliffe Dalydale Ltd, would see dozens of houses

00:16constructed in Stancliffe quarry off the A6 through Dalydale. Derbyshire Dales District

00:21Council will make a decision on the scheme involving a new access road being linked onto

00:26the A6 in the next few months. However the council detailed last April that it was considering

00:32scrapping support for 100 homes on the site from its new local plan due to the existing

00:36number already in its plan which had not yet won full planning approval.

00:42Chesterfields Elderway will welcome a third business to the development later this year

00:46with a new luxury salon Feather and Fern set to open in May. Owners and hairdressers Kerry

00:52Featherston and Sara Fern have agreed a 10-year lease on the prominent unit with developer Jomast,

00:58making another tenant for the iconic former co-op department store. Feather and Fern will now join

01:03Bottle and Time and Hot Pod Yoga who both moved into the development last year. The move to Elderway

01:10means that all three corner units at the development on Knifesmithgate and Elderway are now fully

01:14occupied with just one unit remaining available on Knifesmithgate. Set to open in May this year,

01:20Feather and Fern aims to create nine jobs including six stylist roles, two apprentices

01:26and a beauty therapist role. The salon will have 10 hair sections with extra

01:30seating for colours and treatments.
