00:28has launched an additional cash grant for pregnant women and mothers

00:35This is in line with the 74th anniversary of the DSWD.
00:42However, according to the leadership of the DSWD,
00:44it is necessary to strictly follow the guidelines of the programs mentioned below.
00:53Earlier this morning, the DSWD conducted a program
00:59to provide assistance to members of the Pantawid Pamilang Pilipino Program, or PORPIS,
01:04to pregnant mothers or children aged 2 years and below,
01:08where they can receive P350 each month.
01:13According to the DSWD,
01:15more than 68,000 Filipino pregnant women or children aged 0 to 2 years old
01:22are under the PORPIS program across the country.
01:26In order to receive the F1K grant, conditions must be followed.
01:32These include prenatal care, birth in birthing centers,
01:38and vaccination of children in DOH-accredited health facilities.
01:44However, the DSWD considers that a pregnant woman
01:47can leave or be removed as a beneficiary of the F1KD grant
01:52if she does not follow the conditions mentioned below.
