Duncan Cass-Beggs from the Center for International Governance Innovation says there is a danger AI could be over-regulated because the technologies are so new.  Although admitting there will always be some risk, he says potential harms from AI systems are manageable.  #AIActionsummit #paris

00:18all. And so there is a risk there that we could we could potentially go too far and over-regulate.

00:23I think there's probably a vacuum to be filled right now because these technologies are so new

00:28and there's very little regulation at all around them.
