00:08application of artificial intelligence in the world. The president has stressed

00:12the importance of establishing a global public regulation warning that the lack

00:16of norms could represent a serious danger for humanity. The US and UK

00:21refusal follows a declaration on IA which was issued during a summit in

00:27Paris earlier this week in which 60 countries and regional blocs participated.

00:32In this sense the Colombian head explained that if a small group of

00:37billionaires were to appropriate collective intelligence it could lead

00:40back to structures where both public and private economies would have to pay for

00:45the use of digital knowledge.
