00:00We're here today because we have filed charges against the state of New York.

00:08We have filed charges against Letitia James and Mark Schroeder, who is with DMV.

00:15This is a new DOJ, and we are taking steps to protect Americans.

00:21New York has chosen to prioritize illegal aliens over American citizens.

00:29As you know, we sued Illinois, and New York didn't listen.

00:36So now, you're next.

00:39Millions of illegal aliens with violent records have flooded into our communities, bringing

00:44violence and deadly drugs with them.

00:48Absolutely.

00:49So, the Green Light laws are that, this is what the Green Light law says.

00:54It's a green light to illegal immigration, which says they can comply.

00:59That law is unconstitutional.

01:01They can't do that.

01:02And what they've done is, they have a tip-off provision that requires New York's DMV commissioner

01:10to promptly inform any illegal alien when a federal immigration agency has requested

01:19their information.
