00:00In the last three and a half years since LDC's investment we have made 11 acquisitions,

00:04all been very selective. We've thought carefully about them.

00:08They are now fully integrated and they are all accretive and adding value.

00:12LDC allow you to be entrepreneurial, bold, ambitious and all the things that you want

00:19to be for your business. It's an exceptional network to be a part of

00:24and a great portfolio of businesses to be able to work alongside.

00:28I knew LDC from the past and they always had a very good reputation but I think from the

00:33sort of moment one of the conversations I think there was a really good cultural fit

00:37and that was kind of critical for me and the rest of the team.

00:40We're really proud of the journey that we've been on with LDC over the last five years.

00:44We've more than doubled revenue and tripled EBITDA in the business.

00:49LDC have definitely been a great sounding board for us.

00:52I can honestly say now, 18 months down the line,

00:55that the LDC investment team, they actually feel part of the management team.

00:59They play an important part in terms of how we think and how we operate.
