00:00A high-profile fugitive who was wanted in a case of terrorism and organized crime was deported to India.

00:07Joginder Giong was arrested by the Bureau of Immigration in Bacolod last July.

00:11But he was arrested first before his deportation.

00:14The Indian authorities immediately arrested the suspect when he arrived in India.

00:19Among the cases Giong is facing are murder and attempted murder.

00:24He was also accused of buying illegal firearms,

00:27Organizing contract killings,

00:29and leading the way in an extensive extortion network of targets are businessmen and professionals.
