00:12What made you want to get into coaching?

00:15The young man infected me.

00:16I went to go see Deion, just visited him, and I had a hip, my hip was bothering me,

00:20and I went down to the training room and I was in the pool.

00:22Deion tells his story so vividly, because I really wasn't thinking about it.

00:26But all of a sudden, I had almost the whole D-line on top of me asking me questions,

00:30and they were just sucking it up.

00:32I mean, going, going, and I was like, yeah, yeah, I want this.

00:38Because I want to ask you something about that, too, because so many great players

00:42try to be coaches or try to level up, and you just figure you are so good

00:46that you're teaching your technique to those kids and they can't pick it up.

00:48Do you get frustrated at times, or are you just like, you know what,

00:51I'm just going to have to get through to them one way or another?

00:53No, no, no, I got a perfect example.

00:55There's a guy out there.

00:56I won't say his name, but he'll know it when I tell the story.

00:58He likes different pass rush moves, and I'm like, listen, son, I got 102.5.
