00:00We get to kick off on Sunday out in London once again, Craig, here with the Jaguars who
00:06have stayed out there, which they have done, I believe, three other times in their existence
00:13where they go there, they play two games overseas.
00:17They did barely beat Philadelphia last week, but they have been pretty good in those second
00:23games.
00:24Obviously, hanging out there for a week, getting assimilated, seems to favor them a little
00:30bit.
00:30And Houston, I don't want to say beating Tennessee was nothing, but it kind of was nothing, right?
00:36Now they got to hop on a plane, fly overseas, division rival.
00:41The Jags, two and a half.
00:43The total is at 42 and a half.
00:45I think we see a better Jags team, but call me crazy, I still don't know what we're going
00:50to get from Houston, at least offensively anyway.
00:54Yeah, they'll get a little shot in the arm with Harrison, but I don't know what kind
00:57of impact he can have in the first week of the season, but maybe a back-end touchdown.
01:03Houston gave up a lot for him, and you don't make a trade like that if you're not trading
01:07for now and for the future, too.
01:09So I suspect Houston will be one of the better teams over the next few months.
01:14Jacksonville, probably a better team than Houston at the end of the season, but Jacksonville's
01:19playing a little charmed, it feels like right now, like a little fortunate with some of
01:23the games that they've had.
01:24And then I guess you could play the flip side and say they should have beat Denver in Denver
01:27when they had that big lead and blew it, too.
01:32Jacksonville is a tough team to read because the game against Philadelphia was a game against
01:38Philly was a loss, and they somehow came back and won that game.
01:42Better offense.
01:45Maybe a little bit.
01:46I would say Jacksonville.
01:47Right.
01:48Maybe a little bit better, but not a lot.
01:51And defensively, yes, Jacksonville on paper right now, statistically, is far better than
01:57Houston.
01:57But Houston, I thought, was the best defense in the NFL, or one of them.
02:00They haven't been able to stop anybody.
02:03So this is a tough one for me.
02:05I don't know.
02:06Maybe I'm going to just continue the trend of Houston not looking like Houston and go
02:10over the total.
02:12And maybe their defense is just not going to be good this season, and that's it?
02:16Because they just keep giving up points every week, Joe.
02:20When is that week when they win 19-3 like they did all last year?
02:24Hasn't happened.
02:25If they start, Craig, now, again, a loss here would be 1-5.
02:30It's over, right?
02:31I mean, you beat Tennessee, okay, but you can't start 1-5 in that division, can you?
02:40Well, I'm trying to think.
02:42So assuming Buffalo and assuming Denver, that's 2.
02:47Assuming Kansas City, that's 3.
02:50Assuming Baltimore is 4.
02:54No, they can, Joe.
02:55Look.
02:55It just tells you right there.
02:57That doesn't eliminate them.
02:58No.
02:591-5, they're still alive.
03:02Because, you know, who are they fighting with?
03:05Cincinnati?
03:06For that last bot?
03:07No, it's 1-2-3-4-5-6.
03:10So is it six teams that make it in each conference?
03:11Is that correct, or is it more than that?
03:14I think it's an extra one now, isn't there?
03:15Isn't there like an extra, like, playing game now or something?
03:19No.
03:20I think it is six.
03:22Is it?
03:23I think only the best.
03:26The top seed gets the bite, right?
03:28Is that it?
03:29That's the only team that gets the bite?
03:30I think that's it.
03:31Yeah.
03:32Okay.
03:33No, I think it's only the top seed now.
03:35Okay.
03:35So it's not it for Houston, but yes, it's big trouble, clearly.
03:39But again, throw that graphic up again, if you wouldn't mind, because we can just see who they're fighting with.
03:45So is it formidable, Cincinnati?
03:47No.
03:48Does Denver look very good?
03:49No.
03:49Does New England look very good?
03:51No.
03:51Is Jacksonville that good?
03:53No.
03:53Those first three teams, yes.
03:55Buffalo, Baltimore, Kansas City, absolutely.
03:57But I wouldn't say it's over, but it would be very unlikely if they were to start one and five
04:02to make the playoffs.
04:03Yes.
04:03I would agree with that statement.
04:05Unlikely.
04:08Fourteen teams, seven per conference, four division winners, three wilds.
04:12Seven.
04:13Yeah, seven.
04:14That's like, they definitely would be right in the mix.
04:16Even with a one and five record, and they somehow go eight and four the rest of the way, they're
04:24in.
04:24Nine and seven.
04:25Or nine and eight.
04:26I'm sorry.
04:27Nine and eight.
04:27Yeah, nine and eight gives you a chance.
04:31It's a tough schedule ahead, too.
04:33That's another one.
04:34That I don't know.
04:35That I don't know.
04:36I have to take a look at that.
04:37That I don't know.
04:37That I don't know.
04:37That I don't know.
04:38That I don't know.
04:38That I don't know.
04:38That I don't know.
