(Adnkronos) - “L’amore per l’ambiente e il piacere di stare insieme: sono i principali ingredienti dell’enogastronomia altoatesina”. Lo ha detto il vicepresidente della provincia di Bolzano, Marco Galateo, in occasione dell’ottava tappa del tour “SquisITA – L’Italia in un boccone” di Metro Italia che si è tenuta al ristorante “1524” all’interno della tenuta Rungghof di Cornaiano (BZ).

“Dietro la qualità dei prodotti altoatesini c’è la tradizione culturale ma anche un industria che dà lavoro di decine di migliaia di persone”, ha aggiunto Galateo.
