00:00What's out of comfort zone for you, would you say?

00:03Lots of things. I actually really get nervous filming.

00:08I really don't like the cameras.

00:10And from very early on in the TV shows we started making when I first started,

00:15it was like, you're always trying to get away from the camera.

00:18So I was always behind and always had to move and always running.

00:22And we've kind of just kept that speed and dynamic,

00:25but nobody's ever saying action or there's never a second take of anything.

00:29They just discreetly turn the cameras on and they know I find it really hard.

00:33And as long as I kind of don't really know and we're just doing it, it's okay.

00:38So I find lots of things hard. I think life generally is scary.

00:42If you're going to be top of your game like you guys,

00:44I bet you get nervous before filming. That's life, isn't it?

00:48But I have learned that the way to deal with the scary stuff is not to run from it.

00:52You've got to face it.

00:54And the more you do it, it becomes like a muscle inside and then you get better at it.

00:58And I think comfort zones you want to get out.

01:01I call it a comfort pit. You've got to get out of it fast and keep challenging.
