JPMorgan employees told Fortune they are unhappy with low raises and bonuses after the bank recently reported record-breaking revenue for the seventh year running.

00:18One employee told Fortune that everyone on their team received a 2% raise, with their

00:22own totaling just $3,000.

00:24Another said they were shocked at how bad their compensation turned out despite receiving

00:27stellar reviews.

00:29It comes after JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon received a $3 million pay increase, bumping his total

00:34compensation package to $39 million.
