It's bonus season on Wall Street, and some workers are already voicing their displeasure
00:04
with their measly pay bumps.
00:05
JPMorgan Chase delivered a record full-year net income of $58.5 billion for 2024.
00:11
And bonuses for investment bankers were reported to jump by 15%.
00:15
But not all JPMorgan employees can say the same.
00:18
One employee told Fortune that everyone on their team received a 2% raise, with their
00:22
own totaling just $3,000.
00:24
Another said they were shocked at how bad their compensation turned out despite receiving
00:27
stellar reviews.
00:29
It comes after JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon received a $3 million pay increase, bumping his total
00:34
compensation package to $39 million.
