Plant-based chef James Stock tells us about The Supreme burger at his Kirkgate Market stall Fat Annie's, which is a take on a McDonald’s Big Mac, with vegan beef, cheese, pickles and a secret sauce.

00:00Hi I'm James Stock and I'm the owner of Fat Annie's. It all started with a hot

00:04dog cart in Manchester in 2014. We've evolved over the years and we're now a

00:11fully plant-based cafe in Leeds Kirkgate Market, offering good food that happens

00:18to be plant-based. Supreme Burger, that's our bestseller. It's basically like if

00:24McDonald's wasn't a franchise and sourced locally, it's basically we get a

00:30double smash patty, we add a secret sauce which every street food operator needs

00:35to have, we get some diced onion on there, some romaine lettuce, we steam down the

00:42cheese onto the double patties and then we've got our pickles to finish it all

00:46off. It's all about inclusivity, anyone can eat with us if you've got any

00:51allergies we've got that covered or even if you're a meat eater that wants a day

00:56off the meat, we can give you some really good good food in your lunch.
