00:00Yeah, it was pretty quick, and he had mentioned it before.

00:10It's kind of crazy.

00:11There's a lot of crossover with people that we're really close to.

00:14Actually, we found out that he actually worked in the small little cubicle that I did when

00:19I was at Boston College just a year after, which is crazy to think about.

00:23But yeah, a lot of our friends, a lot of people that we trust connect, both of us.

00:29And then when we got on the call and spent time with each other, there was just a vibe

00:34to it that was awesome.

00:35So that's something that I admired.

00:37Obviously, like I said, we did a lot of research.

00:41There's Matt Feinstein in our group, put some data together that he's done some things that

00:46are special in terms of getting the offense to operate at a high, high level, and that

00:52stood out.

00:53So he was always the top candidate, but you never know.

00:56It's like the draft.

00:57You never know how it's going to fall, so you have to be prepared, and that's the reason

01:01why we do what we do.

01:02Yeah, just a clear vision in terms of how to put a winning football team together.

01:08Really hit on a lot of the accountability, discipline, how we're going to work to get

01:13to where we need to get to.

01:15Some of the things that I think I know we fell short on this past year, I'm confident

01:19he's going to address those things pretty quickly.

01:21And then when you add the draft capital, the space that we have, the cap, we can do some

01:28damage to get this team where it needs to be.
