00:26the Philippine Coast Guard spotted a Chinese ship sailing near Zambales.

00:32Aside from maneuvering the ship to block foreign ships,

00:35the Philippine Coast Guard is also monitoring the radio challenge from time to time.

00:40We will not allow them to change the norms.

00:46National Security Advisor Secretary Eduardo Año made a statement

00:50at the launch of a comic book about the West Philippine Sea.

00:53The Stories of Teacher Jun was co-authored.

00:55This is a project of the National Task Force West Philippine Sea

00:58and was led by the Philippine Coast Guard-West Philippine Sea Transparency Office.

01:02It's better for our countrymen to understand what the West Philippine Sea is

01:09so that we can learn how to fight it.

01:13Año also confirmed that the National Maritime Council and NTF-WPS

01:18are discussing the investigation of a new case against China.

01:21They are now in the process of finding evidence.

01:24We would also like to help other like-minded states,

01:30their experts and scientists in investigating

01:35so that the case will be more solid if we will continue the investigation.

01:40The case of the nine-dash-line claim of China was successful in 2013

01:45after the UN Arbitral Tribunal approved the position of the Philippines.

01:49But even though the Philippines won the case,

01:51China's intervention is getting worse.

01:54Just this morning, based on the monitoring of maritime security expert Ray Powell,

01:58four Chinese military ships, two ships of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources of BIFAR,
