00:29Well, like most career officers, I've worked with every president, in my case, since Jimmy
00:37Carter. But with respect to your question, it was the combined efforts of both the Biden
00:44administration and the incoming administration that made the success of these negotiations
00:50possible. And it was quite exceptional. It was an example, despite the partisan atmosphere
00:56that has at times prevailed, where to achieve a common goal, the release of those hostages,
01:02the initiation of the ceasefire and all that that means for the people of Gaza, both administrations,
01:10current and incoming, worked together. It was a common achievement. Both deserve credit.
