00:16partnership with the African continent. It is certainly a great initiative,
00:21but I also encourage them to obtain this partnership in a situation of mutual respect
00:28both sides of the world have skills that must be appreciated, so a commitment in
00:36a spirit of collective humanity and with this I mean that each person has their own talent,
00:43their own gifts and it is necessary to focus on this individual talent and at the core of all this
00:50there must be respect for human dignity. Days in which it was considered that Africa
00:59was a continent where you simply did, you brought skills and experiences are over.
01:06I have lived in Africa also throughout the period of my training, so I have not studied abroad,
01:12I can guarantee you that there is as much competence and knowledge in Africa as in the rest of the world
01:18and the university will certainly draw an advantage from this exchange of knowledge from Africa and with Africa.
