00:11According to Philippine News Agency's report, during the opening of the second Philippine-Japan Environment Week,
00:17Department of Environment and Natural Resources Secretary Maria Antonio Yulo-Loizaga said
00:22the event highlights the commitment that had been formalized in memorandum of cooperation
00:26signed in December 2023, reflecting the strong partnership and shared goals of the two countries
00:32for prosperity, sustainability and regional stability.
00:35The DNR chief also emphasized key collaboration areas between the two nations including
00:40climate change adaptation and mitigation, pollution management, clean energy and water accessibility.
