00:22Another agreement involves a diplomatic note to Philippine training institutions,
00:27universities, and research facilities. Additionally, both countries signed a
00:31memorandum of understanding on policy consultations, establishing a framework
00:36for exchanging views on bilateral and regional cooperation. The bilateral meeting between the
00:42two leaders also centered on strengthening collaboration in addressing pressing
00:47geopolitical challenges, particularly the impacts of climate change.
