00:27And the guy's like,

00:28actually, according to the Constitution,

00:32And the cop's like,

00:33hey, buddy, I'll kill ya, okay?

00:35You think I care about the Constitution, dude?

00:40Two more murders, and I'm running for sheriff, okay?

00:45That joke should do better in Brooklyn.
